Automatic subtitle generation, with integrated translation, is a real plus. You can add cutaways to your videos, as well as a variety of illustrations, and the templates on offer change regularly. PlayPlay's strength lies in its online help. They're super-responsive, and the team is keen to help when you run into difficulties. Last but not least, the PlayPlay team holds regular webconferences to keep you informed of new developments and provide feedback on user needs. It is very easy to use, it allows non-video technicians to set up great animations with a very professional rendering without going through complex tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effetcs, and to take charge of projects as a team.

The assets offered, static or video images, are of high quality and very varied, keyword searches very effective, templates increasingly varied; in short, the result is excellent.

User feedback is taken into account and the tool is often updated with new features that make it increasingly effective.

I am also very pleased with the commercial relationship and the technical support, because they are very accessible and they're listening to us to find solutions quickly and on-line that are tailored to our needs or that best meet our needs.

Furthermore, their webinars are also very informative, and the facilitators very professional.
