The advantages of Plauti Data Management have primarily been time savings in routine data cleansing and quality tasks. On the other hand, it has been a good choice as an ally for Salesforce CRM security.

Plauti has been a tool that has encompassed both preventive and corrective tasks regarding data cleansing and ensuring information quality and security.

In terms of usability, it is quite user-friendly and adaptable to various levels of users. It is easily implemented and seamlessly integrates with other tools like Duplicate Check.

The frequency of usage within our organization is nearly daily, making the tool a permanent fixture and exhibiting good levels of UX/UI.

Learning the tool and adopting new terminology was an issue at the start. This took some time to overcome. A person with a more technical background/a better understanding of SFDC would have an easier time adapating to the tool. When it finally "clicked" it became a very user friendly experience. The servicedesk of Plauti really goes far and beyond to make sure you are being assisted and helped with your functional requirements. I was trying to set up Plauti record validation (mobile check) in a flow so that after insertion or change of a mobile number within a record in Salesforce the number gets validation and standardized automatically. Joshua Euwijk from Plauti was able to help me really well and assisted in building a flow to accomplish my requirement. The fact that their tool had what I was looking for: Mass Update, Edit and Delete options. Not only that, but they offered a wide range of possibilities and opportunities through their "Variables" menu, where you can optimize the query to do more than just a simple find and replace tool would.

That we can reduce the number of Cases coming into Service cloud and therefore agents have to search for earlier threads, so the whole story is in one place and therefore easier to manage.

The somewhat complex settings to consider. The scenarios where a little hard to understand(Index grouping), so without support it is a little hard to self implement.
