Planyard covers our whole workflow from estimation over bid requests to progress reports. As interior architects in the project market we have been searching a long time for such a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are also in need of a tool for specifications sheets. Seems like they are going to develop this, that would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a construction manager, I’m mostly interested in the profitability of projects and cash-flow. Fizure gives me a clear overview of every project - what are the costs for a given project, what’s the income and what’s the profitability forecast. It’s possible to even see how it has changed over time.
Before Fizure project managers had to put forecasts and overviews together manually in Excel once per month, which was time-consuming. Now I don’t even have to ask them - I have 24-7 access to that data as Fizure is cloud-based and always up-to-date.
We’ve also managed to standardize progress reporting & billing. The line-items in the budget are automatically linked to contracts and extra works are managed through the system as well. This means that it’s not possible for subcontractors to make mistakes (knowingly or not) when sending us progress reports and invoices through the system.
Every decision and action gets logged. So, it's always possible to see what exactly got agreed on and how things have changed over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When we started there were some edge cases that needed fixing in order to make it fit for our needs. These were solved by Fizure as they popped up according to their priority. The support is very responsive, they seem to genuinely care about improving the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We had to allocate several days each month in order to work with Excel. Now we're doing things on the fly - costs get processed when and where they occur.
One huge benefit is that all the cost documents now contain all the relevant info - cost codes, project info etc. That's a big win for the project manager but also for accounting as they don’t have to chase that information anymore - this data is provided through an automatic integration instead.
We have won in time and efficiency with Fizure but maybe even the biggest win has been on our nerves - we don't need to make extra clicks or deal with illogical user experience anymore.
It has also reduced errors - it's not possible to make miscalculations in the budget anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only one thing comes to mind - income tracking could maybe be automated more in order to forecast cash-flow more accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
