We use multiple features at our chuch. Primarily it was used as a church management system, then also for kids checkin, it integrates with checkr so we also use it for our background checks for kids workers, and so much more. **What do you dislike about Planning Center Church Center?** I don't have any downsides to mention. Options are color coated, they allow integration, there are abundant help articles, they return inquires usually the same day - just overall, great to work with. **What problems is Planning Center Church Center solving and how is that benefiting you?** Planning Center helps organize contact information for new and returning guests, allows kids checkin, room reservations, sends reminders for events, allows us to pull up information on the go (helpful if you are visiting / want to call a church member). The giving portion is robust and so forward thinking. Planning center as a whole has revolutionized the way things are done in our church. ### 3. From registering for events, to finding someone in the church directory, to finding the date of an event...and so much more! **What do you dislike about Planning Center Church Center?** I think my least favorite thing about Church Center is convincing our people to download the app. Also, there are some areas (like Services), that could be a bit more user friendly. **What problems is Planning Center Church Center solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our people want a directory, and Church Center provides that. Another huge benefit is being able to view available signups.
