**What do you like best about Plane?**

I like that Plane is a very intuitive platform, not requiring prior experience to be used, which makes management easier for any user. I love the interface and user experience, with a minimalist and clean design that provides access to all necessary information without visual clutter. Additionally, the ability to make small edits, such as updating email or phone number, without needing to involve the HR department, is very practical. I find it interesting that I receive email notifications, especially about payment scheduling, which are always accurate and help me plan. The platform is extremely simplified, assertive, and easy to use, without excessive complexity. It is one of the best platforms I have ever worked with.

In general, I really like the platform. I don't know if they send notifications to HR when there are approvals to be made. If not yet, I think it's interesting to implement.

What I like most about Plane is how easy it is to track my payments and see estimated payment dates in one place. It gives me clear visibility over when to expect my money, which helps me plan ahead. I also really appreciate that there are no fees, so I receive the full amount without deductions.

**What do you like best about Plane?**

I like the customer support. They're good with solving issues, and they make their payments quick. I've had conversations with customer support, and they're quick with responses and help me resolve my issues. As for the quick payments, I've never waited longer than a week for a payment, which is pretty good overall.

**What do you dislike about Plane?**

One thing that could be improved was during the customer experience, there was, like, multiple people responding to the thread. So I understand, yeah, like, not everyone is working, like, the same time, and, like, people might pick up the ticket where someone else left off. But I would like it if it was one person. Just solving my ticket until it gets escalated to someone higher up.

I use Plane for payment processing. It bridges payments from multiple prop firms to me and my business efficiently. I like their quick customer support and fast payment processing, ensuring I don't wait more than a week for payments.

I like using Plane for payments as it acts as a reliable middleman between my employer and my bank account. It's great that I can submit and check my invoice history all in one place. The bank support is amazing, as I didn't expect my Palestinian bank account to be supported, but it is. It's also easy to switch bank accounts as I move countries. The straightforward and guided setup process made it easy and simple to get started.

**What do you dislike about Plane?**

For my needs, I don't see anything that can be improved! A nitpick would be the mobile UI, it's usable, but can be a bit confusing when switching tabs. It took me some time to figure out how to switch tabs from the dashboard.

I use Plane for payments and invoices. It automates and ensures consistency in payments, letting me know my salary will arrive on time. I like the support for my bank and the ability to keep all my invoice history in one place.

**What do you like best about Plane?**

I use Plane to receive my salary, and it has solved my salary problems. It makes it quite easy for me to get my salary from international companies in Ghana, Africa. Plane bridges the gap between Africa and the international market, making things seamless. I think your customer service is good. Each time I have issues and reach out, they assist me quickly and offer options for resolving my issues. The dashboard is quite simple to use and navigate, making it easy when I want to change my payment details or find specific information. Setting up my details like bank information was straightforward, making the process easy and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Plane?**

Although their customer service is fast, maybe if they're able to respond within two, three, four minutes, it would be cool. The response time could be improved to be within three minutes.

It was relatively straightforward, no hassle, the only "tricky thing" was searching tutorials. Searching on Google led us to actual "planes" and not the program itself.

I like how Plane offers easy access and a very natural way to use it. I can just have it in my favorites, and everything is clear, making it easy to understand without any prior knowledge of the app. It doesn't take longer than five minutes to verify where everything is, whether I'm expecting a payment or requesting one. This clarity and accessibility are really valuable to me.

**What do you dislike about Plane?**

I think we could add, the possibility in my case I would have to request a payment additional to the payment that I was actually receiving. So just kind of disputing that part when you receive a payment, accept it in both sides because for example, I was expecting a certain amount and then I received the notification that I will be receiving less. Which I had to had communication with the person in which it was sending the payment. But, actually, it will be great if you can just dispute it right there when you receive it. Just like, hey. Okay. I'm sending this amount. Is that okay? And be okay in both sides.

I like the layout of Plane; it's very simple. It's my first time using Plane, and compared to other platforms, it's much more straightforward. I like that they requested my documents via Plane, and I could easily upload them into the system. I can see my letter, the amount I'm going to receive, and the payment period, all displayed very clearly. Everything is very clear and well explained, which I appreciate. The initial setup was very easy, just a link to upload the necessary documents, and that was it. I would rate Plane a 10 out of 10 and consider it my favorite tool so far.

It works pretty well. It's just the turnaround time for me to get the payment. It usually is processed in one day, but it takes up to seven days for me to receive it.

I like the convenience Plane offers for making payments from the USA to Pakistan. It's great that I get paid very quickly, usually in one to two days. The initial setup of Plane was super easy. I just had to sign a few documents, add my bank account, and provide my details and address, and then it was good to go.

**What do you dislike about Plane?**

Maybe the speed of payment. Can be further improved. Like, right now, it takes two to three days to land the payment in my bank account. I think it can be reduced to, I think, one day or a few hours.

I really appreciate the platform's clean interface, which makes it simple to add information. The customer support team is also very responsive, which adds to the overall positive experience. The portal keeps everything organized, so tracking payments and invoice is simple. Implementing it was very easy as well.

I think my only problem with it is sometimes it takes longer to load maybe during peak time.

I am truly pleased that there is finally a portal that bridges the gap for international payments without unnecessary deductions. It makes cross-border transactions feel seamless and eliminates the stress of hidden fees or slow processing times. The entire process becomes much easier, and I feel far more confident when sending or receiving payments from abroad. It also gives you proper payout timeline with fair currency conversion. The important thing I liked is that there is no stress of dealing with SWIFT/IBAN for international clients

The initial setup was simple too; I could just sign in with my Google account, making the process pretty easy. Plane is also efficient and free to use, which is beneficial for those starting out or needing something less complex.

I would say just being able to update information. I've noticed that with some of the previous invoices that I've sent, it doesn't keep the new address that I updated for. So I don't know if that's a Plane issue or not, but there's no way to communicate that across the platform that my address has been updated and also needs to be updated on the invoice as well.

I appreciate being able to download a payment receipt that shows full details of the transfer, including key things like a UETR number, which is often hard to find in international transaction data. Setting up the account was very easy; I just followed simple instructions from an email.

**What do you dislike about Plane?**

Nothing. It was easy and straightforward to use. Initially the transaction failed, but customer service were quick to respond and gave me assurances that my money was safe and provided guidance on why the transaction failed and what I should do to fix the problem (which was an error on my part). Sharon from the Plane team kept in touch, sent regular updates and gave me confidence that the transaction would be processed in full.

**What do you like best about Plane?**

I find Plane's customer support very helpful, and the user interface of the website is pretty easy to manage and deal with. The initial setup was also very easy and took me less than five minutes to enter all my details and have my bank account set up.

**What do you dislike about Plane?**

I had two small issues. One of them was regarding my bank account details; I didn't realize that I had entered them wrong because there was no confirmation. Also, I didn't receive any emails about the rejection of my payment on the first attempt, which is kind of annoying. So, I had to directly go to customer support to get help. Also, because I live in the UK, customer support doesn't work at all times for me, so I sort of have to wait for American hours to receive customer support.

I use Plane for receiving payments through APEC strata funding since I'm in the UK and it's an American company. Plane connects us internationally, solving the issue of direct payment limitations.

I appreciate how quickly everything is dealt with on Plane. My most recent payment was sent at 23:55 GMT, and by the next morning at 10:51 GMT, the money was already in my bank account. Everything is stored safely and recorded, which makes tax filing much easier. It's also easy to navigate and access for accounting, eliminating the need to store data in an Excel sheet or manage it with third parties. Plus, when I need to contact support, I'm not met with AI trying to resolve the problem, which is something every consumer dislikes. The initial setup was also very easy.

I like how Plane is very straightforward. You fill out the onboarding forms, and you receive your first payment directly from your client. I also found the initial setup to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about Plane?**

Plane could improve by including payment periods to have better invoices. As of right now, they do not include payment periods, so it becomes a struggle to track specific payments from a client and make sure everything has been paid accordingly.
