We had an issue before with an employee's legal status in the country that they should have known of or advised us from the onset on what needs to be done. They were just going to terminate the employee after working for us a few months, good thing the employee worked on the documents they were requesting and got everything sorted out. I like the simplicity of the interface, such as the fact that the home page brings me straight to my most used feature, "requesting payment". In that section, I like that the headers are in a different color, again making the most important fields easy to find. Finally, I like getting an alert when my employer has sent money on the way, and the exepcted date I can rease the money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish some of the fields in the "requesting payment" section would auto-populate with values I have put in my Invoice pdf. Furthermore, it is not clear to me which of the fields in addition to the invoice PDF are required by my employer. It would be helpful if there was an additional line saying "X, Y, Z, etc fields are not required by your employer". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a bit of missing information regarding the W-8 form. I live outside the United States, and I thought I didn’t have to fill it out, but I needed to enter the form and select the option indicating that I am not a U.S. resident. I didn't know about this platform until I was at my new job, and it gives me great satisfaction and security to have a plane when it comes to receiving my payments.
