In the 2-3 years using this lesson planning software I haven’t found anything I don’t like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like I can copy lessons from previous years to use now. That’s really helpful when I liked a lesson from the year before and want to reuse it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not like that certain categories under lesson set up are not fully customizable. This makes it where I have to combine categories in order to meet my schools requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
State standards are available to plug in and not type word per word. Sharing is available with other teachers or administration. User friendly and organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the program because it has a way of organizing that I had not thought about, since it allows me to plan my classes according to the lessons I have to teach, it is hosted in the cloud so that we can access from anywhere and at any time. , we can even access from our smart phone and tablets, I can attach word and pdf documents, in addition to personalized images and cuts, and most importantly I can also print the plans and share information with my colleagues at the university. free plan and one of very economical pay because it is paid according to the number of people who will use the service, so that if it is for groups of users, it is much cheaper. I can download the information and gure it as word and pdf documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like it to have an offline option, for those cases in which we do not have an Internet connection available, I think it would be convenient for a client to be able to visualize the plans and in case changes are made, automatically synchronize with the information in Cloud. I like that standards that need to be linked to assignments are available in a drop-down menu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I taught a subject where I followed the textbook year after year this program would be very helpful. However, I teach art and projects change year to year and even semester to semester. finding and reusing assignments from prior years in a different sequence can be time-consuming and using both Planbook and Classroom seems redundant in many ways. The website is easy to use and makes for an organized classroom. I love that the lessons for one year can be transferred to the next year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be kind of tricky to set up prep and lunch hours that don't fall in the same time everyday. I also wish we had more options with size of fonts, etc. esp. when it comes time to print out plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s great that it’s cloud based, so I can go from my work computer to my personal device at home. It was a great opportunity to share with my admin my lesson plans and how I was reaching my standards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Paid version has waay more features than just using the free version. The free version is just enough to give you a taste, but not to really know the full extent of it’s use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the connectivity of PlanbookEdu. It's easy to share with coteachers, and most importantly, it meshes with our other platforms. Previously, the gradebook was different from the LMS which was different from Google Classroom. It's easy to connect everything and to access in different locations. It's also great to be able to see other planned lessons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I just prefer the old fashioned paper and pen. Having to input everything and then possibily revise things is an unnecessary complication. I'm also not a teacher who relies heavily on a planbook. We have the option of using different methods and I choose to use paper and pen, but I'm sure others would enjoy it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how easy it is to use. I love the layout, and all the printing options. I really like the color coding option for all the classes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like there to be an undo button. For example, when you accidentally shift lessons sometimes you shift too many days and it gets all messed up. It would be nice to be able to undo what you did. I do not like how you have to click the back button many times to go back to weeks prior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
