It is so simple and easy to create a class schedule and to even include blocks or time periods where you have lunch or planning. It makes the entire planning process so much easier. I also really love the fact that I can include standards for my county and attach those standards to each lesson plan as well as attach files to each lesson plan. My favorite part about this program is that it allows you to copy lessons from past days over two new days, this means that if you were teaching the same class over you are able to copy your lesson plans to a new day. It is a timesaver and my administration loves it because my lesson plans look professional. Even their mobile app is really nice. Planboard offers so many free features, most of which other planning websites and programs charge a lot for, and they do it all with such excellent customer service. If you ever have questions about the platform, feel free to ask them because they respond fast and with expert advice. **What do you dislike about Planboard by Chalk.com for G Suite?** There really isn’t much that I would change about the platform because it is just perfect. If I had to change something it would be easier to create a class schedule, but even that process is pretty simple. **Recommendations to others considering Planboard by Chalk.com for G Suite:** I recommend setting up a class and trying to write a lesson plan on the platform. You will be hooked after trying it. **What problems is Planboard by Chalk.com for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been able to create professional looking lesson plans, track the standards for the subjects that I teach, and transfer lessons to new semesters with ease. It also makes it very easy to print a .PDF file of your lesson and share it with others at the school. ### 2. It's absolutely fantastic! I also like how there is an attendance and **What do you dislike about Planboard by Chalk.com for G Suite?** I struggle with the use of "tags" for different lessons. The system does not allow users to use similar tags to label multiple lessons that may contain similar themes or instructional elements such as content, teaching method, or other components. For each searching using "tags", I would hope that I could use one tag, i.e. "singing" to tag more than one lesson that may contain that element. **Recommendations to others considering Planboard by Chalk.com for G Suite:** This system for individual teachers is free to use - thank goodness! If a school wishes to adopt this technology for lesson planning and sharing among teachers/administrators, I would HIGHLY suggest they use this system! **What problems is Planboard by Chalk.com for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Teaching more than 250 students in 15 different classes for two lessons each week is exhausting and the schedule is confusing. This system allows me to organize my and plan my lessons into units, and then it automatically generates a schedule of lessons for a single day, week, or even a month if I wish with each class lesson in order by schedule and those lessons then in order by sequencing in the unit. It is a massive time saver for me as I need to track sequential lessons for 15 classes who are all at different places pedagogically with different content for three sections.
