In order to fully integrate our content workflow through the tool we would want to post all stories on Instagram from this tool, but since these are more frequent this capability is limited with a monthly post limit. I also don't love that the tool auto groups certain posts (ie. email and blogs, or TikTok and Instagram) This has required me to split posts manually and utilize the valuable post quantity on posts I do not need. I would like this to be removed so any grouping would be manual rather than the system setting. Where the content creators can work in canva and catalogue their designs into folders for the scheduled/planning content. Sending things for approval is not streamlined. I should be able to do that from the calendar instead of having to open the post and I shouldn't be able to accidentally approve them when I'm sending things off. Reordering carousels is also cumbersome. The fact I have to delete/archive posts individually is also frustratingly cumbersome. The platform makes collaboration seamless, ensuring we can plan, review, and approve content effortlessly. This is extremely important to us, since our team has been in a development process regarding social medias. The intuitive interface and real-time feedback are indispensable to our workflow, since it allows us to maintain a consistent brand voice across both Facebook and Instagram – and eventually more channels. We find scheduling posts is very easy with Planable, and the calendar provides a clear overview of our content. Planable is an indispensable tool that keeps our social media organized. A few times, however, a post fails to publish on Facebook (twice in 6 months with 6 posts a week) while it publishes on Instagram. We have never been able to locate this error. But our overall impression is that we love Planable.
