What is Planable?

Everything is one click away and in the same place — no need to clutter your browser with dozens of tabs. FOUR WAYS TO VIEW CONTENT Social media campaigns have lots of moving parts. This makes having an accurate overview of campaigns all the more important. Planable’s four ways to view content allow teams to literally vizualize their work quickly and effortlessly: 1. Feed view. Designed to mimic the feel and flow of social media. Displays posts exactly as they appear on feeds. 2. Calendar view. Get a helicopter view of campaigns and plan posts days and months ahead. Scheduling content is as simple as dragging and dropping it to its relevant time slot. 3. List view. Offers a quick view of posts across all pages and the ability to do bulk actions. In this view, users can see a snippet of the caption, the status of the posts, the author, and the date and time of publishing. 4. Grid view. The place to plan and preview Instagram posts. Also great for designing beautiful Instagram grids hassle-free. SEAMLESS TEAM COLLABORATION With Planable, collaboration is the name of the game. Collaboration happens right next to the post, where it makes sense, in the form of comments and replies. Teams can tag each other to share their thoughts, drop files, and any relevant assets. With internal notes, teams can keep their work away from the client’s eyes until all the posts’ rough edges have been shaved. MULTI-LEVEL APPROVAL PROCESSES With Planable’s approval workflows, no post sees the light of day until it’s 100% ready. Every team has its own dynamic, so Planable offers one of four approval workflows: 1. None. For one-person ventures and teams that don’t need an approval workflow. 2. Optional. For flexible teams that don’t necessarily need an approval workflow but want one in place just in case. Team members can request approval from the people in charge with a single click. If the designated approver is not available, they can go ahead and schedule and/or publish posts on their own. 3. Required. No post goes live without the approval of managers. Especially useful for marketing teams who work with clients. 4. Multiple levels of approval. Teams that select this option can set as many levels of approval as they need. Each level can have one or multiple approvers. When one of them gives their approval, the post is pushed to the next level until all the relevant parties have vetted the content. What do you like best about Planable?

Having the ability to build a media tray to house all videos and pictures are a big plus; this feature allows me to stay organized and efficient when planning posts. Also, I enjoy being able to connect accounts and build my post as needed with prompts showing me guidelines as I go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planable?

I cannot copy and apply previously used targets when working on posts. Writing them down and entering them one at a time is a bit frustrating unless I copy the entire post and make edits. It would be easier to have a tray to pull targets from previous posts since I can see where a higher engagement takes place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?

I dont have to log into every platform separately to copy and paste my post, nor do I have to set reminders daily to remind me. I can leverage the calendar view for this and schedule posts in advance to go out. The downside to this is sometime not knowing the peak times to post so it can be a bit of a guessing game but that is minimal compared to everything else I can achieve with planable. What do you like best about Planable?

Grid view, the fact you can copy and paste from one social platform to another. The ease of scheduling and auto-publishing. I just found Planable really easy to use from the get-go. Other platforms have been not so user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planable?

The price. I do think it's good value but for me as a soloprenuer I don't need a lot of the features on Pro. But I really wanted access to the Grid View feature so had to upgrade to that package Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Planable?

It's simple and easy to use. From the start, it didn't take any time to learn to use the platform. My clients, many how are not tech savvy are also able to jump in, review posts, add comments and approve for publishing. It's a great platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planable?

I would love to be able to not have to pay for the first client to enter a workspace. I think given what the app is built for, each workspace should have give you the ability to add 1 client who approves. It should be included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Planable?

We are a small team based in an African country, with me as the director and a team member doing our social media for us. His first language is not English. So, he does the editing and puts everything together and then it passes by me for approval. The approval process is the bit that I love the most. So instead of spending hours putting everything together myself or having poor-quality work go out, we have a compromise. My team member does the majority of the work, it passes my eyes for approval and minor edits (which take me minutes instead of hours), and he is learning at the same what my style is and what I like. The quality of his work improves by the day.

What do you like best about Planable?

Plannable makes it more comfortable for me to create content across diverse social media platforms, provides access to education on creating content with Pinterest, and did all of this with a free package

I'm really impressed! The platform is incredibly user-friendly, and the scheduling feature makes it easy to plan out my content in advance.

One thing I love about Plannable.com is the ability to preview my posts across different social media channels before I schedule them. This helps me make sure my content looks great on each platform and saves me time from having to make adjustments after posting.

Additionally, the analytics feature is incredibly helpful in tracking engagement and seeing what content is resonating with my audience.

What do you like best about Planable?

The commenting feature from team members. and access settings for approving and editing etc.

Other than the pricing - not much. Maybe an easier workflow for scheduling stories and accessing comments.

What do you like best about Planable?

It's so easy to use - especially the calendar feature - where I can schedule posts for Twitter, Instagram & Facebook all in one place and in batches. Reposting previous posts is nice & easy too.

The scheduling calendar saves me heaps of time - for me, Plannable is worth the costs for this feature alone. And the price is pretty low for all the features I get.

The desktop browser is where I do most of my Plannable work - but the mobile app is good too when I've needed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planable?

Sometimes Instagram posts have needed to be posted via my Phone, so not fully automated. This is because of the media I've used (in my case, not meeting Instagram's aspect ratio guidelines).

This could be improved - it would be great to see Plannable offer me better guidance in this area, and with better/easier-to-use image editing for aspect ratios for pictures and videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Planable?

Very easy to use and saves me time, I do all my client's work on it. There is no need to go to different platforms. I can monitor the work flow, approvals and the team from one place. What do you like best about Planable?

Working with Planable has really been so much fun. It has helped me to effortlessly schedule posts to various social media channels. It has been so exciting to see comments come in on posts on social media that I forgot was going to run. I load, sit back and enjoy the comments, shares and responses coming in. What do you dislike about Planable?

I started with the free plan and loaded two workspaces. I effortlessly moved between accounts and posted. When my trial was over and I had to upgrade, it was a bit of a shock to see that in order to have a second workspace it will cost an additional $20 per month. This is more than the basic plan per month and almost as much as the premium plan per month.
