sometimes too easy to come off a post, and you loose everything you just wrote and created. Cant seem to find a way to delete a post either

It's interface is good, it's a good shared space with clients, you can comment and approve in one place.

Adds on like feed preview are add ons, for what is already an expensive platforms. I find the story upload section clunky, along with downloading media if your manually posting.

Client approval and feedback, grid mock ups and calendar mapping for social post planning.

Sometimes the mobile publisher doesn’t work even though it’s set up properly. Also, about 2 years into working with planable? I stopped getting any email notifications even though my email notifications are set to on

**What do you like best about Planable?**

Planable is very easy to use. It's intuitive, yes, but its robust features are what sold us. Tags, approval, comments/suggestions options ... just to name 3. I use it every day.  If it weren't for needing to schedule content for our Google My Business page, we wouldn't have found Planable. So glad we did. So much better than Buffer and Hootsuite - both of which we've used previously (and paid for).

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Even annualized, Planable's basic plan is a bit pricy. The onboarding series of emails is great, but also overwhelming. I don't need/want an email a day and it has gotten redundant.

Being able to delineate where the content belongs would be helpful. Instagram post v. story is just one type of separation. Facebook and Google My Business both have events and offers "sections." We are missing out on the Google side, and having to go to Meta Business suite is annoying.

Being able to post to Google My Business. Being able to plan content across ALL our platforms is crucial. Dump X and add Bluesky, please.

Scheduling videos are a nightmare. It doesn't post them for tiktok. You have to go in and post it yourself after the fact which defeats the purpose.

We've been using Planable for over 2 years and I can confidently say that it is hands down the best social media planner app out there. This comes from someone who has tried a dozen of the most popular apps. 

It's not only intuitive to set up and use, we absolutely love the feedback & suggestion feature when reviewing post drafts. It's a game-changer and I do not know how we, or any other team can do without it.

Can't really find anything we don't like about Planable, but if I have to really try, I'd love to see the ability to suggest and create pins from a single article link

Planable is so easy to use. Create your content and put it on a schedule that works for your business. And then see how it performs. I love the ability to see everything, easily integrate all platforms and know when and what is going to post. This is a robust platform that offers everything I need from a social standpoint and look forward to seeing how it will continue to help us grow. Since starting with Plannable, I am posting much more frequently and have yet to need to use the awesome customer support I know they offer.

Planable is easy to implement and has become an essential part of my day-to-day tasks as a business owner and social media manager.  I like how easy it is to plan posts across different social media platforms like Instagram and Pinterest. It's great that you can connect multiple accounts, which makes managing everything in one place really convenient.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Planable is quite expensive, and even with the basic plan, some features are still locked. It's priced higher than other similar apps, which can be frustrating if you're looking for more affordable options.

The biggest downside is that the grid feature, which is crucial for social media planning, isn't included in the basic plan. This is frustrating because it's one of the most important tools for a social media planner. I currently use a third-party app to plan the grid, but it would be ideal if this feature were included in the price, given how high the cost is compared to other apps.

Planable helps me streamline the process of scheduling and managing content across multiple social media platforms. Before using Planable, it was challenging to coordinate posts across different accounts and keep everything organized. Super easy. No instructions necessary. It works like you think it should.  Love the analytics.  Drag and drop to rearrange the scheduling. Just amazingingly well thought out.

It can be a bit expensive for smaller companies.  I do wish there were more options when upgrading from free to paid where we could choose limits to posts rather than limits to connected channels.

This software easily ensures that clients have content that is accurate and authentic to the. I like that it integrates directly into Canva.

Sometimes tagging is not possible or difficult for Facebook and Instagram. I don't like that you can't choose your feed square for your instagram thumbnails on reels.

I wish the lower levels offered multi level approvals. I don't need everything that comes with the concierge level, but multi level approvals would be useful.

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I've been extremely impressed with how customizable Planable is! It has solutions for all of our team's use cases, and in many cases, it even has additional resources that go above and beyond!
This is our first month using the product, but so far, I've been impressed by the UX and how simple (yet powerful) the functionality has been. It's saved us a ton of time on frustrating social posting platforms that we can now spend on our primary focus - and it's allowed us to still stay current and up-to-date on our posting schedule.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I wish that the List view came native with the first few tiers of pricing, but considering that the pricing itself is more than fair, it's really not a huge complaint!

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were spending days planning and scheduling all of our company's social postings - but Planable allows us to bulk import our posts and assign them to the appropriate accounts in minutes. It's also been incredibly intuitive to plan longer campaigns that we otherwise might have lost track of. Planable has allowed us to keep our social calendar on course!

I love the ease of collaborating with my VA and having everything in one place.  The chat function is great, I got replies to my questions quickly, and also received follow-up emails to check that I received the answers I needed.

It's a shame that we can't schedule to personal facebook profiles.

Before Planable, the communication with my VA and business partner was taking up a lot of valuable time. Now, all our social media conversations and chats are consolidated and streamlined.

Media library is limited to 10GB, statistics are chargeable, images cannot be uploaded in 2k or 4k, even though Instagram allows it (automatically down-rendered).

Time savings through Planable. I do this privately and I can schedule posts 6 months in advance, which I find great because it allows me to spend the rest of my time on my hobby.

**What do you like best about Planable?**

The interface is easy and straightforward to use. Questions are answered promptly by customer support, and there are various resources you can access to learn how to use the program. Planable has made our team's life easier by streamlining posts among various apps and insights to analytics all in one place all while being an easy addition our marketing and social media teams. Implementing it was also very easy to use and integrate to our practice. 

Regarding the membership prices, I believe them to be fair, and due to the frequency we post across all social media platforms, it has helped us save time and use one control center versus each channel individually. 

The features, such as the analytics portion, give us insights regarding how our posts are doing, and most importantly, we get to know our audience better. Now we know what to post and what not to post.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

So far, all is good. We haven't really had any issues with the program. 

We don't understand why the program charges per User if we are just one company using it. It should allow us to collaborate as an organization for one fixed fee. 

Asides from the user pricing, we believe that is well priced considering it makes our lives easier and saves us TONS of time.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First of all it is an easy place to plan and schedule ahead and through multiple social media channels. It has been saving us TONS of time when sharing posts and planning. The insight and analytics are an amazing way to learn about who our followers/audience is and how to better accommodate our content so that it is directed to them.

Planable is a great way to throw ideas in, convert them to content and then have client approval system that is so easy to use. I love using the labels... At a glance you can see if your social media calendar is balanced. I also love the grid view and planner for my Instagram clients.

**What do you like best about Planable?**

Planable has helped us transition to a more visual way of planning our content and making sure it comes out right. The comment and suggestion features are intuitive and similar to collaborating on documents. The approval workflow ensures that all content has the required approvals before publishing. Although we don't use the AI writer/rewriter very often, it has helped a few times for when we're in a pinch with writers block.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Live collaboration can be a challenge sometimes. When one user is making comments/suggestions while the other is accepting or writing/rewriting, things can get mixed up and a bit frustrating. It's missing Microsoft SSO as well.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A visual content planner that helps you ditch excel sheets and powerpoints so you can see content the way it's inteded to be published. If you don't need all the other fluff of social media management tools, then this is for you.

The AI tool! Super useful & quick for me to make my captions more concise or punchy and it's easily editable too if I wanted to change or take a word out of it's suggestion!

That you can't add text onto the cover image for tiktoks like you can in app

I recently started a podcast where I wanted to share different content across my instagram and tiktok accounts at specific times of the day throughout the week which I just couldn't handle doing manually. By using planable, I can batch create & schedule all my content which I automatically push to my tiktok feed & instagram grid and I get a lovely little notification each day to post my stories (so I can add things like polls etc manually) which is super easy, no matter what I'm doing I don't miss a post!

This was a very seamless onboarding experience and has so far been good for my client approvals process. I don't always use it to schedule posts, because often I want to use on-platform features to maximize engagement, but it seems to be very well thoughtout in terms of workflow, scheduling and approvals. Love that I can create a section for blog posts and emails and have those approved on the same platform. Hoping to learn how to maximize the platform so that the monthly investment feels worth it.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Having the analytics be an add-on cost feels a little sly. Wish it were included in the monthly pricing, which is already quite high.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My main business problem was approvals workflow, so it's good to have that as a solid base. I am hoping to integrate more of the social management as well, so that the monthly cost feels like I am getting decent ROI.

I love that I can take an hour or two and plan the entire month with of content to be posted on my client's socials. It makes it to easy to do my job. Setting it up is easy to do as well, I prefer the calender view and it allows me to visually see how all the posts are scheduled and lets me fill in the slots where we can benefit from some posting.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I dont like how Im not able to type in the hour I want the post to schedule, it never stays when I enter 9:00 AM, it forces me to use the drop down to lock in a time.

It allows me to schedule posts for my client for the entire month ahead of time. Save me a ton of time and make the whole process automated. I can focus on content instead of scheduling.

**What do you like best about Planable?**

The fact that you can add up to 100 users in one plan. It is a game changer. It makes all the other ones seem like abusive. 

It's ultra-layered and diversified permissions for collaborators, admins, approvers, etc makes everythign super smooth. Trust me, I've shopped around and this is by far the best.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I disliked that, when charging me, they wouldnt let me pay only for the workspace I was using. I had to pay also for the ultra small one that barely ever posts. But the upsides make it worthy. I could've opened that other one with another email.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaborative creation, review, editing and posting of social media.
