## About Planable
Planable is a collaboration-first social media management platform built for agencies and multi-location brands. It brings planning, feedback, approvals, publishing, engagement, and reporting into one workspace, so teams stop chasing content across tools and start shipping it. With Planable, teams can plan content across multiple brands and channels using a shared visual calendar, leave feedback directly on posts, and run approval workflows that fit how they actually work (from one-click sign-offs to structured, multi-level client approvals). A built-in media library keeps assets organized and reusable in one place. A unified social inbox helps teams manage comments and DMs across platforms without switching tabs, while custom reporting makes it simple to assemble polished, client-ready reports in minutes. Planable connects natively with Canva for design, Zapier for automation, and Slack for team communication, fitting into the workflows teams already use. Teams behind Hyundai, KFC, Christian Louboutin, Royal Canin, and SMEG are among the 7,000+ marketing teams that rely on Planable every day.

## Planable Reviews
  ### 1. Planable Makes Content Planning Clear, Flexible, and Stress-Free

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kira S. | RIE Associate, Parent Educator, Infant/Toddler Care Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

What I like best about Planable is how clearly I can see everything I’ve planned. The layout makes it easy to understand my content at a glance, which really helps me stay organized and calm.

I also really appreciate how simple it is to make changes. Editing posts, adjusting timing, or updating content feels quick and natural, without any stress.

Another big advantage is how far ahead I can plan—and just as easily go back and review or adjust things. That flexibility makes a big difference when managing content over time.

And finally, I like that different platforms can be connected or used separately. It gives me the freedom to organize my workflow in a way that fits my needs.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

At this point, I haven’t come across anything I dislike about Planable. I’m still learning how to navigate all of its features, so there may be things I haven’t fully discovered yet.

For now, my experience has been positive, and I’m continuing to explore how to use it more efficiently over time.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable helps me organize and plan our posts across different social platforms in one place. It gives me a clear structure, which makes it much easier to see the overall plan and stay consistent.

Because everything is laid out visually, I can think more strategically about our content instead of just posting in the moment. It helps me plan ahead, stay organized, and maintain a more thoughtful and intentional approach to our social media.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hi Kira, this genuinely made us smile. Thank you! Planable was built for exactly that "see everything at a glance" feeling, so it's great to hear it's clicking for you. Hope you enjoy discovering the rest of the features, and don't hesitate to reach out to support@planable.io for any help. ✨

  ### 2. Simple UI, Top-Notch Support!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Praespero G. | Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

The user interface makes it very simple. The support whenI had questions was top notch. The AI function along with hashtags is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I see a few areas where the software could improve, especially around its Twitter integration. Company accounts on Twitter don’t have word limits, yet the tool still imposes a limit. That may be an issue on Twitter’s side, but overall the Twitter options here feel restrictive.

It’s also not clear to me whether the social inbox will actually add value, since it doesn’t seem to let a user discover and add followers or interact with content on other pages as the represented organization. Because of that, I haven’t really trialed it yet.

Finally, I find the scheduling options very confusing. I don’t like that clicking on the bars scrolls through different time options each time, and it’s hard to tell what you’re cycling through—like whether it’s showing peak times within the bar graph’s time slot or something else.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating an platform where we can collaborate across individuals including drafting, scheduling, approving and sticky notes.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Thank you for the kind words about our support team. They genuinely love hearing this! On the Twitter/X front, you're right that the character limit behavior for company accounts can be inconsistent; it's a known quirk tied to how X's API surfaces limits to third-party tools, and we're working to make this more accurate. For the scheduling interface confusion, we'd love specifics. Our support team at support@planable.io can route that straight to the product team. Really glad the collaboration features are making daily work smoother for you!

  ### 3. Has saved me so much time working in social media management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jemaimah M. | Digital Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I just love seeing all the content for the month. My team is able to plan everything in advance, so there's no one rushing for a design or to change the content. It has made things much calmer. Plus it is easy to use, especially when working with a team. Everyone knows what they need to do.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

The team have been great at fixing any bugs I have come across. So far the slight inconvenience is when a platform gets disconnected

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With so many different social media platforms, it can be overwhelming to keep up. But with Planable, it makes planning and scheduling content easy. It honestly saves me a lot of time and it helps when management need to see what content the team has planned, everything is easily available for them to see and make changes in advance. No one has to work overtime to get the content out.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> "No one has to work overtime to get the content out", that's one of the best things we've ever read in a review. Thank you! 🙌 The calm, ahead-of-schedule feeling you're describing is exactly what we build Planable for, and it's great to hear the whole team can stay in the loop without extra back-and-forth.

On platform disconnections: social platforms occasionally expire third-party access tokens on their end, which is unfortunately outside our control. Reconnecting is usually quick, and if you ever need help troubleshooting a specific disconnection, our support team at support@planable.io is always there for you.

  ### 4. Transformative Collaboration with Seamless Usability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamra L. C. | Realtor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I love using Planable because it's so easy to use. It provides tools that allow my assistant and me to collaborate effectively. The system also sends reminders when I need to approve posts or discuss content, ensuring that nothing gets posted without my approval, which I really like. I appreciate the feedback and conversations we can have, and the platform's ability to keep our entire conversation history is invaluable. The ease of linking and posting content to multiple social media platforms at once saves me a lot of time. Also, it's super user-friendly, and the collaboration features are significant because they eliminate the need for additional apps. The statistic recordings feature is also a nice bonus. Overall, I highly recommend Planable as it has saved my assistant and me tons of time, allowing us to focus on making more money, doing more business, and helping more people. It’s a one-stop-shop for everything we need.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

What things could be improved with Planable is sometimes once something's approved and has been posted, it still sits in our feed. I wish it would be easier to have that auto archive or go to a folder that's out of the way of the main content page because it'll just sit there, showing approved. It'd be nice to have it auto archive itself or file into another folder, like posted for the month of April.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable to easily collaborate with my assistant, ensuring nothing gets posted without approval. It saves us time by streamlining content posting to multiple platforms simultaneously, and keeps our collaboration organized in one place, enhancing efficiency.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Thank you so much, truly glad Planable has become a reliable hub for you and your assistant! Published content is archived after 1 year, but if you want to organize things sooner, you can filter out posted content, which helps keep the main view cleaner. Save the filter as a custom view, and it'll allow you to focus on the content that needs your attention. Feel free to check out how to do this here: https://help.planable.io/hc/en-us/articles/21715242493980-Custom-views or reach out at support@planable.io!

  ### 5. Organizational Powerhouse with Pricey Add-Ons

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carli S. | Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I use Planable for social media management and really like the new notes feature that lets me make notes on certain days for what needs to be posted or just reminders. This feature is especially helpful when I'm managing a lot of clients because it keeps me organized and makes it easy to keep track of important dates and reminders for scheduling posts. I also found the initial setup of Planable to be easy, which is a big plus for me. I've even recommended it to multiple people.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

It's expensive. I wish it didn't cost extra to add one person to be an approver.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable to manage social media, schedule posts, and keep organized, especially with multiple clients. The notes feature is great for tracking important dates and reminders.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hi Carli, really glad the notes feature is making multi-client life easier! Our newer plans actually include unlimited users. If you'd like to talk through your plan options, our team is happy to help at support@planable.io.

  ### 6. Effortless Social Media Planning with Intuitive Scheduling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoe C. | Architectural Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like that I can plan out posts far in advance for the company. I like to drop in a bunch of posts at a time and then move them around based on what looks good in our grid. It is very simple to navigate so I can work on our social media whenever I have a bit of down time. Using planable is definitely what works best for our company.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I dislike how it sends a ping to my phone to upload a story. I would rather do everything on the computer. If it sends a ping then I might as well just make the story posts on my phone to begin with.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We hired an outside company to run our social media in the past and we found ourselves combing through the content they would produce to find something worth posting. They didn't know our business like we do so we decided to handle our social media ourselves. Planable makes running our social media pages simple as someone without a background in social media marketing.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hey Zoe, thank you so much! The drag-and-drop grid planning is one of those features that's hard to go back from once you've tried it.

On the story ping: the good news is that direct story publishing is actually available in Planable, no phone handoff needed! You just need to have an Instagram Professional (Business) account connected, and stories will publish automatically at the scheduled time. If your account is a personal profile or Creator account, the mobile push notification flow is the current path, but switching to a Business account unlocks fully automatic story publishing.

Our help center guide at help.planable.io/hc/en-us/articles/21715329228956 walks through exactly how to set it up. If you need any help getting it configured, reach out to support@planable.io and we'll help you!

  ### 7. Streamlines Workflow, Needs More Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I love that Planable helps my clients have insight into what they're posting, making the edit and review process great both with clients and internally with my design team. We're able to put everything up in a plain view, map out the month, and even plan months ahead. Everything posts seamlessly. I'm a big fan and love Planable. I love that you can see the month view, the calendar view, and the client review process. Planable streamlines processes, reducing touch points between us and the client. They're notified and can easily make comments, which helps my designer make edits and put it back up for approval. Plus, the initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

The ability to post stories on Instagram would be amazing. And then, also, being able to do engagement and comments would be awesome. No. That would be another room for improvement. It would be awesome if Planable could integrate with more platforms.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable to eliminate spreadsheets, creating and drafting content directly. It streamlines client reviews by minimizing touch points and allows seamless monthly planning and content posting. I love the calendar view and how it enhances client collaboration.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Thank you, the way you've described the client review loop is exactly the workflow we designed Planable around. Really glad it's clicking for your team.
On Instagram Stories: great news — you can actually post stories directly from Planable! For Instagram Business accounts, stories publish automatically at the scheduled time with no phone handoff needed. If you're on a personal or Creator account, a quick switch to a Business account unlocks full direct publishing. Our guide at help.planable.io/hc/en-us/articles/21715329228956 covers the setup, and support@planable.io can help if you get stuck.

On engagement and comments: our Social Inbox lets you manage comments and DMs across platforms from one place — it might be exactly what you're looking for! Check it out at help.planable.io/hc/en-us/articles/21715283422236.

On more platform integrations: feel free to reach out to our team at support@planable.io and let us know which integrations you're looking forward to.

  ### 8. Centralized Client Collaboration Made Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I find Planable easy to use and very visual, which is fantastic for managing posts and campaigns for clients. Planable provides a central point where clients can make comments and ask for edits, enabling multiple copywriters, graphic designers, clients, and approvers to work in one place seamlessly. I appreciate being able to create labels, which is really useful. This feature allows us to organize by month or project, and we can view these labels in both the calendar and feed views, giving us a cohesive look and feel for our campaigns. The initial setup of Planable was very easy and intuitive, allowing us to self-navigate without any issues.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

We would love to see the ability to use a bit more AI generated graphics. We find the copywriting section relatively useful, but really, the images or creating the graphics would be very useful to have.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable gives us a central point for clients to make comments and ask for edits, allowing copywriters, graphic designers, clients, and approvers to work in one place.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Thank you so much! The labels feature is definitely underrated for keeping things organized. I've passed along the feedback around AI-generated graphics, definitely something we want to explore. 🙏

  ### 9. Easy-to-Use Content Planning with Flexible Views and Client Approvals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany P. | Communications Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

Planable is easy to use both from a developer/social media manager perspective and from the client-side for approvals and edits. The different "views" make it easy to see exactly what posts will look like and it has every pre-planning option with flexibility to adjust the approval process for each client. I also like that the fees for use are based on each workspace and not on the number of individual users. This is especially helpful when there is a larger client team that all need eyes on the proposed content and editing/approval process.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I wish they didn't send Planable promotional emails to users listed as a "client". I would prefer not muddying up their inboxes.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable solves the problem of endless back-and-forth email chains, especially when social media content needs multiple rounds of approvals and edits. It has also helped us leave Excel spreadsheets behind for managing our monthly content calendars, making the whole process much easier to keep organized.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hey Tiffany, really appreciate the detailed feedback! The promotional email concern for client-role users is genuinely valuable feedback and something we're actively reviewing. We'll make sure this gets to the right team!

  ### 10. Planable Has Been the Gift that Keeps on Giving

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaden Q. | Director of Social Media, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

It is an Incredible time-saver. It's allowed us to service a lot more clients. It's extremely reliable and has all the features we need. It also eliminates possible errors in posting when you have multiple accounts.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

The price is very high, but it's totally worth it.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable has taken so much time and guesswork out of our Social Media content planning and scheduling, and I feel that we are still just scratching the surface. It's allowed us to take on more clients and take out any human errors in the actual posting.
We work in this software 24/7 and find little things that would make our workflow faster and send suggestions to the developers. They have given us workarounds or actually updated the software for every single request, no matter how big or small. I can honestly say the price is well worth it with the amount of time it saves us on the back-end. I couldn't recommend this tool more!!

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> This review genuinely made our day, thank you! 🤩
