After searching for a long time, I found GetPlan.co and it was just what I needed. You should definitely try it because it’s simple to use and totally free. I tried a bunch of other apps before this, but they either didn’t have what I was looking for or weren’t that great. To me, GetPlan.co is like an upgraded version of Google Calendar. Plan allows me to create tasks and schedule them onto the Plan calendar. It integrates with my Google calendar so I can check my day's meetings/events/schedules from the Plan calendar itself, and can edit the same. It has a docs feature to allow me to store notes.
