There’s a bit of a learning curve when it comes to understanding how to fine-tune the messaging tone. We had to adjust the scripts a few times before landing on what worked best. They were only minor tweaks overall, but it’s still worth noting.

Their sales team was good at making promises and answering all technical queries.

**What do you dislike about Pixelo Digital?**

Zero ownership & accountability. We worked with Pixelo digital for a period of 3months. The team was quite unprofessional. Their research team was very poor and the email IDs provided were incorrect. Initially, the market data provided was incorrect. They used our LinkedIn account to follow up with clients - in the process they violated all LinkedIn account user policies - getting my account banned. I had to follow up with Linkedin for 3 weeks to get it unblocked.

We would not recommend Pixelo Digital.
