What I liked most about PIX RPA was that, despite not having coding experience, I was able to use it without any problems. I am a social researcher and usually work with texts, so at first, I was a bit scared. After watching the basic online course and attending the bootcamp, I found that PIX RPA is a fascinating tool that doesn't require much coding knowledge. It is friendly for people like me who have no connection to the world of systems engineering. I found that it saves a lot of work with a very friendly interface, easy to understand, and with basic logic that makes the work flow smoothly. I also liked that PIX RPA forces me to think better about my processes and find simpler solutions to achieve the desired objectives. The setup is simple and functional, and just by reading a little, I was able to understand what each thing is for, configure it, and start working immediately. Suddenly, PIX RPA could improve its interface by adding more color so that the tools are a bit friendlier. Being able to separate things with colors and customize font types and sizes would make the interface less 'rigid' and more pleasant. Although the interface is effective, it currently feels flat and boring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
