While Smartlead and Instantly are in an arms race to roll out as many bells and whistles as possible, Pipl.ai delivers with consistent and reliable warmup & deliverability. AI warmup copy based on industry, schedules that emulate real human behavior, and absolute rockstar support. I have sent over 1 million emails through LemList, Instantly, & Smartlead - and I can honestly say Pipl is currently best in class when it comes to core functionality. 1) smart and no brainer warmup & intuitive system.

2) inbuilt website and linkedin data enrichment

3) Inbuilt email verifier which segerates risky and invalid email

4) Awesome customer support + helpful community

- The price, well yes, it's not expensive ;)

- The DNS modification recommendations that really help avoid ending up in spam.

- The text recommendations to avoid ending up in spam

What I like less:

- It's not impossible to do, but it's difficult to customize contact columns.
