**What do you like best about Pipefy?**

The easiest way of customizing it, to adapt to your process needs. 
Can feet to any kind of process, being very horizontal tool.
We can even verticalize it, using the portal feature, and have one big pilar of your business.

**What do you dislike about Pipefy?**

Should be easier to integrate to other platforms, because you need to use a their part resource. 
You should be used  mainly on fast communication between people nowadays, if possible to integrate with WhatsApp, Telegran, and so on.
Also we should have more alternatives of creating and editing reports.
Many of those issues are being addressed, but not available now.

**What problems is Pipefy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To address the problem of human repetitive work.
 We can easily use that App to assure the use of standard procedures, in other to have more accurate planned tasks. 
Also decrease human erros, when you need to use different sheets filled all the time.
To capture information without erros, with public start forms are a must.
The possibility of work with database helps organize information, and use whenever you need.

There are some limitations in specifics features - but its not a really annoying problem.

We tried lots of tools and techniques before Pipefy and once we found them we knew it was exactly what we needed. It really worths a try!

Pipefy is an easy tool to manage your work & conversations by creating your own individual deals, which can also link to all emails you have too. The insight tools also offer great way to forecast and manage your deals and give a better understanding of your progress.

The insights tool can be quite hard to understand at first and use, but in time effective.

The view options, the live reports it can reproduce. We can show off all the work that is done during the recruitment process.

The only struggle that I have is the time zone differences. There was a test done and my guest did not received the notification on time, I guess that is related to the time zones.

I think Pipefy is a grafic tool that may be implemented in different process, it will help not only to comply with your daily activites but it will also facilitate the training of new team memebers.

I think it helped us to avoid loosing candidtes for not replying on time, I condier it will hep us to optimize the time in sending personalized responsed using canned responses.

**What do you like best about Pipefy?**

The autonomy to create and rearrange fields and phases. Model the pipes according to each process, the connection between parent/child cards with movements through triggers. We optimize internal communication by using email templates to alert users about some simple tasks. Being able to mention (@) users in comments also helps to concentrate information and improve communication. The visualization of deadlines also makes it easier to understand the demands.

**What do you dislike about Pipefy?**

The mobile app. It is not very functional, especially for those using it daily on the street. Both the visualization is poor, and the movements and changes are not very functional.

**What problems is Pipefy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The centralization of information. We were able to organize and better understand our processes. We noticed the bottlenecks in the stages of some processes, and we were able to understand how the process works as a whole; now we have a greater notion of how it works from start to finish. With this, besides adjusting the processes not only to fit the Pipefy platform but also to improve internally, we can enhance and facilitate the employees' day-to-day activities. We are more attentive to the stages, so we have more control when something needs to 'deviate' from the process.

**What do you like best about Pipefy?**

It is an icredible accesible tool that I can manage all the data that I want that comes from my internal and external team, creating different process for each product that we have going at the moment. The platform offers multiples articles about maganing workflows, creating process and understanding the tool itself. I get all the support that I need, and it is really fast! I never in my life had to manage a huge amount of work and managing it in a big team and it really surprised me that having the right tools can really help you grow.

**What do you dislike about Pipefy?**

It can be unstable sometimes so I have to double check some operations.
I wished I could import some database informations when filling out fields in each card. Sometimes I have to reopen the cards multiple times just to paste the info that I need to put on because it shows that it is blank even though it isn't.

**Recommendations to others considering Pipefy:**

Last year I used to coordinate a considerable amount of workflow and a small team by hand but we knew the company was growing fast and it wouldn't always be like this so this tool really helped me and my team to manage all of that, in all areas.

A huge amount of work flow that I used to do by myself, and would consume 80% of my time. Now I can see clearly my team process and focus on other tasks that I couldn't focus on.

Agility of the support and modeling team service. They are attentive and always have ideas to contribute to the best progress of the implementation.

I liked everything! I have no points to highlight as negative.

My tip is to have active participation with the Pipefy modeling team. No one knows your organization better than you do. The more you participate in the system modeling process, the better it will be, according to your needs. The Pipefy team is extremely proactive and efficient, but this does not eliminate the need for the active participation of the company manager to develop the processes.

**What problems is Pipefy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I solved my problems with process decentralization, internal communication failures, and missing deadlines with clients. Today we have an integrated team, speaking the same "language," and the best part is seeing this directly reflected in my client's experience.

I love that I can customize my pipelines to what I want to see most. I am able to make custom reports for my sales staff and owners. Software is easy to use and implement. I love that I can contact the support staff and don't have to wait days for an answer. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. This has made my job so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Pipefy?**

I would love to see a dark background implemented. It would make it easier for me to use. I am very sensitive to bright light. There really isn't anything to dislike.

Try it out and you will love it! You will never find another pipeline like it. So easy to use and so easy to customize.

Pipefy has enabled me to find a way to track the progress of our machine sales and keep better notes on what is going on with each file. This makes it so much easier for me to remember what is going on. I can also track what has been paid for the month. This keeps me so much more organized with my orders. I can open a card at any time and know exactly what is going on.

**What do you like best about Pipefy?**

I like that Pipefy took the time to listen to the pain-points of all users and came up with an amazing workflow. Easy to install pipelines, easy to maintain, more than what you wanted insights, etc. It simply makes it easy to track your process and work with it.
When moved into working-from-home, honestly, my to-do list was a mess. I had post-its, I had notebooks, I had emails, and being separated from everyone else made it even harder to track my details and deadlines.
I had worked with Monday, Trello, Google Keep, asana, my own excel sheet, and nothing worked. They all took too long to set up and honestly, you just forgot to update them. When you're on the fly and working away, you don't really have time to update your pretty-colored tools.
That's when I discovered Pipefy and I was hooked. I downloaded it, I saw that it came with pre-made pipelines that you could just complete, easy steps, and I got to work.

**What do you dislike about Pipefy?**

Not in love with the dashboard sections, the recommended pipelines look like your installed one so it makes it a little clunky. Other than that, nothing.

GET IT!

I have never worked more efficiently. I have always struggled to put together my post its, my notes, my emails, etc. and now I can just open a task, create it, put a deadline and it goes straight into my to-do list. I love Pipefy!

**What do you like best about Pipefy?**

The best thing in pipefy, is that you don`t need any IT guy to create a process management. The UX/UI of Pipefy is very good, making easy of user adapt to use the platform.

**What do you dislike about Pipefy?**

Pipefy for early stage companies can be a few expensive, starting with plans in $12 per user, when you do the math 12*(number of employees) you be a little bit surprised, and for companies in Brazil, we have another problem, the Dolar, so the math be 12*(number of employees)*6 (6 is the Dolar price in Real today).

Sometimes we had some issues with automations on pipefy, like very huge delays between the trigger and the execution of action.

**Recommendations to others considering Pipefy:**

My main recommendation is that if you are using a software like Trello, is very interesting to you analyze and try to use Pipefy.
If you don`t have IT team I'm shure that you will like Pipefy.
For very small teams, like 2 ou 3 members, and a very small company, pipefy is not too expensive, but when it increase, you may be scared with your billing. 
For very big companies, I think that pipefy has special conditions to close de deal.

All our process today are managed with Pipefy. 
The main issue that pipefy solved is that all the team can manage the process without request to IT team to create new Field, or edit any Step on the pipes, leaving the It team free for work in what really matters to your business.

This Software has many functions that I like very much, of which I can highlight the possibility of using reusable templates, they save me a lot of time because it allows me to take a template previously used to apply it again in another process, Pipefy automatically adapts to the knowledge that one It has to make the adaptation process much easier, without a doubt Pipefy is an application designed for those people who lack minimum knowledge, to allow us to integrate and enjoy this management tool.

The integration process was a bit slow, it was necessary to reconfigure some servers and modify certain processes to adapt the software to our platform and our internal police, this process took more than 5 months during this time was supported by the support of the provider who I contribute very positively to the platform being available as soon as possible.

It is a very friendly platform that adapts to the user, I recommend it because it helps me a lot to improve in the supervision and control of workflows, what I emphasize most is that it is very easy to use, something that is very important because the The idea is to simplify the tasks of the company's staff for greater efficiency in the use and distribution of time.

Pipefy is a powerful management tool in addition to being very complete, it has personally allowed you to manage workflows much more easily, normally managing workflows on many other platforms can be a bit complex especially when you lack basic technical knowledge , that is why I like Pipefy, since it is possible to perform complex functions without having too much knowledge.

Sometimes it is a slow plataform and it is not that good for project management yet

It has many good tools for controling comercial leads and for project mannagement

**What problems is Pipefy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Pipefy to control the leads of new projects, we control the cash and new investments and we have a pipe for each project to be managed, so we can have a better control of whats happening in a certain project and be transparent with the company. We use the sprint app (sprint planner), to be able to control how many point a project have in a week, so that using Scrum, we can control the progress of the project i am and the project i am beeing the manager. We also use Pipefy to help our trainees look what activities they need to do, so they dont get lost.

Ease of use: Pipefy is a very useful and ease of use platform. With just a few clicks, it's possible to create a whole process to control and manage tasks using workflows (Kanban style). It's simple to create but it's not a simple platform since you can find a lot of integrations, automation, and features to help you create the workflow you need.

Lack of functionalities: Considering all of their features, integrations, and also automation, Pipefy has a lack of functionalities which sometimes can be painful.  For example, it's not possible to do a math calculation in a Number Field (but you can do this in the report page which is not the case most of the times). Also, as another example, it's not possible to extract a whole database with just one click.It's some details that they may (and should) fix in the future.

It has some resources Trello or JIRA does not offer, such as shared DBs, embedding cards into others, automatic workflows, etc. It is a really great way of getting your operations running, keeping them accountable, having everything centralized in a single place, and not having to worry about underground spreadsheets

I kid you not. I automated a whole advertising agency, from briefing to contracts, payments to recruitment, all in pipefy.
The kanban style makes everything simple and visual. The integration between pipes allows information between areas flow very smoothly. And for last, the automations reduce significantly the amount of work.

**What do you dislike about Pipefy?**

I believe as it is built for all kinds of processes, incluiding industry and other heavy stuff, the outputs lack  more options of design costumization.  For exemple: if I want to make sure the automated emails go out with a proper layout, I have to type in the HTML code by hand. A style converter would be great. Same thing happens with the PDF builder. I can't style it within the text input fields. Apart from that, I'm quite satisfied.

The main problem solved was to reduced the amount of people required in the back office doing repeatable work. With Pipefy you can leave it to the code to it, while people can focus on tasks that require more brain than typing.

Pipefy has created a really intuitive and easy way to help us manage our daily processes handling lots of customers and cutomizing every step to create our very own process management tool.

Sometimes the mobile app has less features than one would want but it´s understandable, otherwise the experience would be too complex.

It´s a great tool to manage internal processes and it´s highly customizable. We use it to manage every customer that goes through our platform. Set up is fairly easy but it requires time because you have lots of customizable options. Our support agents use it every day and they haven´t had any problem with the tool. I would recommend it for organizations that need create flexible processes and to assign specific people to certain tasks. A feature we particularly like is being able to send an email after the card has completed its cycle so every part involved is aware of the status. RIght now we are beginning to explore pipefy integration to our own app so we can have a centralized place to view all of our business information. I would recommend you create a few pipes in the free version and test it with your team.

Pipefy helps our team manage our processes with customers more effectively. It is a highly customizable tool for Business Process Management and Workflow Management. We have used it in lots of integrations with Zapier which makes it a very "automatable" tool. It also provides a nice overview of our processeses at an organizational level. People in operations are also very happy with its intuitive interface and new employee onboarding are now shorter. The main problem Pipefy has solved for us is being able to control every detail of our business processes in a replicable way that everybody can understand, from management to operating people.

I like simplicity and Pipefy delivers me it. Not just for me, but to the hole team. Pipefy is simple but powerful and complete. Everything we want to control, we can do inside it.
I love the way we can concentrate all information inside the platform, such as emails, comments, documents, and everything else.

Sometimes I think new improvements could be faster.
Another point that could be very important is to export databases. We always reconsider inputting all our data inside Pipefy because it's not possible to export some items later.
I also would like if it was possible to chat inside Pipefy. It'd be possible to do more in it.

There is no way employees can skip phases or steps. Also I like the emails features, pdf, open forms, integration with zapier, etc.

Editing options of a pipe are in different places, some in the settings in the + button, others in the ... vertical button, some in the gear button, etc. Also pdfs generated in the pipe must be downloaded and then attached again to the card to be sent in the preset pipe email for example. Pdf creation does not number the pages, which is necessary for a contract for example. You could have integration with docusign or some other digital signature app. The reports feature is limited, for example I can only sum a number column, but I can't count how many entries a pipe had as a report.

The several combinations that it allows you to do, besides the awesome UI

The Templating area could be a little bit more refined

We use Pipefy to control all of our service desk tickets, and several of those have pretty detailed needs, and PIpefy helps us a lot with that

Easy to install, operate and customize according to process needs.

Dashboards are not yet running properly, and more complex to set up

Process control, organized requests. Good to small medium companies with management and control urgent needs.
