
Getting started was incredibly fast. We had notifications up and running in under an hour. The API is clean and well-documented, which made integration into our existing stack painless. Having email, SMS, and in-app notifications all managed through a single platform saves us from juggling multiple providers. Pingram is great at solving the communications layer as is but I would like more configurations on the SMS side.Honestly not much to complain about. It would be nice to have more granular configuration options on the SMS side, and a few more pre-built templates for common notification flows would save some time.
