They have the easiest ways for authentication. I am using Ping ID on my phone and have seen it upgrade amazingly. Iniatially the numbers would appear and you would have to type in the numbers. However the recent update helps with authentication just with a single slide on the phone. It also does not require the user to open the app. Ping ID pops up on the screen requesting for the slide up to authenticate. Also the troubleshooting FAQ is helpful to resolve any issues faced. We can pair any listed device(phone/yubikey subjected to organization policies) to PingID to use as MFA. In current organization I user all three listed above and currently Yubikey as primary I set that provides quick and secure authentication. Also, very easy to enable persistent policy of any of the connections. Just need to add application and check couple of checkboxes from there. Very quick and easy to use such services. **What do you dislike about PingID?** Limitation is that the pingid logs contain very few information. When we go pingone dashboard and search for any user's authentication logs, find limited authentication details is there. Like not fount any sourceIP and all. Just having information about the type when authenticated, time stamp, device through. **Recommendations to others considering PingID:** PingID is very easy to use as MFA.
