This authenticator software is so user friendly. They have the easiest ways for authentication. I am using Ping ID on my phone and have seen it upgrade amazingly. Iniatially the numbers would appear and you would have to type in the numbers. However the recent update helps with authentication just with a single slide on the phone. It also does not require the user to open the app. Ping ID pops up on the screen requesting for the slide up to authenticate. Also the troubleshooting FAQ is helpful to resolve any issues faced. The OTP to mobile menthd of authentication is not that much quick. Sometimes we are not receiving OTP if we do the authentication via mobile OTP. They need to fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ping ID usages a variety of authentication methods to protect users information it includes mobile push, email otp, sms otp, biometric and security keys. The push notifications doesn't not work sometimes. I frequently face this type of issue and it requires me to enter the security code manually instead of directly approving the request from notification bar. The mobile app should be more stable.

Fingerprint authentication via my phone to login to my work application on my work issued laptop makes me feel more secure. Suitable software for multi-factor authentication, it keeps my confidential information secure. There are many ways of MFA such as connecting through the smartphone app and signing in via face ID/thumbprint. It also has features like OTP sending and digital scnan. Sometimes the notifications on mobile are delayed, and it doesn't accept the code to Authenticate. While switching between the devices sends the notification to the wrong device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
