What do you like best about Pinecast?

I'm an old-school podcast producer, and I've used several solutions over the years. What I love best about Pinecast is its simplicity. There's very little guesswork to be done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pinecast?

Ironically, despite being simple to use, some of Pinecast's features are rather difficult to use effectively. Their website builder needs a lot of work. Also, their communication about new features or challenges in the industry has been lackluster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Pinecast:

This is an overall great solution. The CEO is very active on Reddit, and promptly responds to people who ask him questions. The app is mostly very well built and accomplishes its aims well. For newbies, getting started is very easy. For the veteran producers among us, there are add-ons for things like comprehensive analytics and the addition of more users.

NOTE: This is not a turn-key solution: this means you'll need to produce your show in a separate Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) and then submit it to Pinecast for distribution to the various podcast networks. It is a hosting solution ONLY. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pinecast solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed an effective, easy to use solution that would allow me to host multiple client podcasts without breaking the bank. To that end, Pinecast accomplishes its ends beautifully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pinecast?

I love that you have the option to host multiple podcasts from one platform and I love how it gives you goals to reach on the number of listeners you gain. I also appreciate how easy the interface is to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pinecast?

I dislike that Pinecast doesn't have a built-in audio editor or a tool that allows you to make snippets of your podcasts. I also kind of hate that you have to pay for all the extra add-ons, but that's just me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pinecast solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to host and produce my podcasts, as well as those for my clients with Pinecast without having to create different accounts and keep up with several different things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
