"Great software for managing different marketplaces. Needs refinement for Enterprise level"

What do you like best about PIMworks?

Magento API connection has the potential to be robust once all of the bugs are ironed out. Also, the development team is fully committed to extending the software as requested by the customer. The ease of copying data from one channel to another is powerful, especially if you manage many different marketplaces. Need more experience with the source attribution tool, but look forward to using this is the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PIMworks?

Some bugs that affect performance as well as product creation. The API error log is not as verbose in expressing why the product failed to create correctly on our web platform. The integration process has not been as smooth as we first thought due to some of these issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PIMworks:

Plan on a longer than anticipated integration process and working out kinks regarding bugs that pop up. But you can expect a good support/development team who is willing to work with you regarding potential issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PIMworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Master channel allows us to effectively manage data from different sources such as our ERP system as well as data supplied from vendors, marketing pieces etc. We also needed an effective tool for updating our ERP system which Pimworks provides in their Magento API connection. This allows us to keep our Magento web store up to date with actively selling products as well as rich data that is supplied from our vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good and fast PIM software for ecommerce businesses"

What do you like best about PIMworks?

With PIMworks, I am able to manage multiple product data and also connect to multiple marketplaces like amazon, ebay etc. Also, the support team is very good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PIMworks?

Every time I open a module, it opens in a new tab. But apart from that, I don't have any other issue with it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
