PIMworks Reviews & Product Details

We have been using PIMworks for a while and the software seems to deliver what is promised. We have expanded to two other countries and started to rank better in online marketplaces because of their content optimization. We had a dedicated customer success person who made sure the implementation was smooth and answered our big list of queries. Good work Naren and team, Expecting the same support throughout our journey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing of that sort, the UI is basic but does the job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful feature that I would say PIMworks has is the bulk product data enrichment feature. Also, managing SKUs and product inventory across multiple channels and platforms is very much simple due to the centralized approach provided in PIMworks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Communication with the team is difficult at best. We have had to repeat ourselves several times and each week nothing was getting done yet they were asking the same questions that we gave answers to the week before. It took months to implement. The financial person that was brought into a call was rude and demeaning to our female employees. We had to switch account managers because of incompetence and the Rep that sold the platform to us just disappeared for two months leaving the PIMWorks team lost and confused. It has been a challenging experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
