First and foremost, the integration with tools we were already using. Pilot plugs right into our Quickbooks and basically manages everything from there. They have also been very proactive in flagging/escalating any issues that needed to be addressed, some of which were actually fairly important and we hadn't noticed. The only issue we've really had is that one of our providers requires and individual's SSN for accountant access which Pilot doesn't support.
