Pilot is a bit more expensive than a single cheap accountant or do-it-yourself books but they are incredibly competant, comprehensive, and I wouldn't trust another service nearly as much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pilot has been handling our day-to-day bookkeeping, yearly taxes, and submissions for our R&D tax credit. Pilot provides books that are well formatted and easy to understand, and they provide easy access to make updates or submit questions.
