"Present over Perfect; Pilot is making strides to automate what was hard to automate before"

What do you like best about Pilot?

The portal is easy to use! The reports are better than Quickbooks (to use and read) although they aren't as many. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some features are glitchy, like the revenue waterfall seems to have issues.

Also there are many things they aren't set up to navigate (such as inventory) but they disclose that upfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pilot will streamline a lot for you and save you a ton of money, but if you have complex needs or reporting requirements... really discuss that prior to agreeing. It needs to make sense for both parties and as Pilot is new and growing in this field (which is much needed) there's still some things that need a manual touch. I am a new business owner who just started a new Company. Financials and bookkeeping are not my super-power. After careful consideration I decided to try Pilot for my bookkeeping and taxes needs and I couldnt be more happy.

Every staff member I got in touch with has been extremely helpfull, willing to answer all my questions and educate me, and extremel professioal and accurate.

Pilot brings rigor and process that they've implemented across hundreds / thousands of other companies that they serve, which means that your company needs to adapt to their process. My opinion is that their process is pretty straightforward and easy to adopt, but something to note. Pilot is assisting businesses, including software / SaaS companies, with outsourcing and streamlining the management of their bookkeeping and accounting services. Pilot is an experienced hands-on provider, especially with software companies and startups, that provides a suite of services including bookkeeping, tax, CFO, and AP/AR.
