When you make "banner infographics" this doesnt happen. The main problem I encounter is that everything will look fine in preview and/or work mode, but when the minute I download the infographic (in any format: PDF, PNG, or JPG) big chunks of text and/or graphics are invisible. I have contacted support numerous times to be told "Clear your cookies and cache." I do this every time, and it never helps. I have attempted to use Piktochart in multiple browsers. It doesn't help. Do not bother. Use another tool. We are a PAYING customer, and they are useless in troubleshooting. **Recommendations to others considering Piktochart Visual:** Do...not....bother **What problems is Piktochart Visual solving and how is that benefiting you?** Infographics are a necessary part of any contact strategy these days, and their tool is easy enough for anyone to use......when it works. ### 6.
