The journey with Pigment all started with a hackathon that convinced all the internal team members about the technological superiority of the solution. Combined with an extremely motivated team at Pigment, they differentiated themselves from their competitors. That was also the first time we had a clear consensus regarding a solution and enthousiasm from the teams, whether local or central, for being part of a such a project. Onboarding both local team member and central team members was clearly one of the key success factor for roll-out project. Teams at Pigment have also always been attentive to our needs and requests.
