Pierce Washington is an installer of the BigMachines product that my group would inherit to support. BigMachines is a highly complex, highly customizable tool that had a significant number of methods for use. Following an established methodology and not over promising to a customer is key to a successful project. As the team that supported the product long term, i would have preferred to have more interaction prior to the completion of the install but this relationship developed. What impressed me the most about PW is that they put customer success over profit. They do the job right the first time, and are forward thinking enough to mitigate risks before they become problemes. A great example of this is their becoming the first certified implementation partner of BigMachines, demonstrating their commitment to CPQ and willingness to follow best practices.
