I like that it is very idiot proof. You cant tag anything unless you set it up as a tag, so it limits the Taxonomy. This is helpful because you don't have people searching for a truck, when you tagged Pickup truck. They work with you to get the system you need, and then work with you as you dive in to drill down when you start dumping things in and realize what you have forgotten. I've been having some errors with upload limits and some file types. I also don't like that "Fuzzy search" is not available unless you add a * to the end of the search. This works for tech people but I cant communicate that to the end user easily. I do with it was a little bit more customizable in the back end. They offer it, but at a cost.
