Whenever I have an error or need to reach out to the team, no one replies to my messages. I've sent multiple emails and messages about an issue I had with their pixel campaigns, but I've been waiting over a month without a response. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating. Also, there was a campaign where I earned money by posting videos on Instagram, but after the cooling period of 20 days, all my earnings were revoked without any explanation. What impresses me most is how easy these tools are to use and understand, and you don’t need to be an expert to master the basic skills. There are lots of filters and editing options, including templates, which makes it simple to get good results quickly. The integration of AI is especially helpful and powerful for editing backgrounds cleanly and accurately. I use Picsart regularly to create visuals for client presentations, social media posts and early-stage marketing drafts. Most of my work involves resizing images for different formats, adding branded text overlays, adjusting colors, removing backgrounds and exporting ready to use PNG or JPG files for client review. Getting started was very straightforward. I signed up for the free plan and was able to begin editing immediately without any setup. I frequently use templates, text tools, layer-based editing, background removal and basic AI features to enhance images or generate quick variations. Exporting visuals is fast, which helps me meet tight client deadlines. The free plan fits well into my workflow. I rely on the built-in image library when I need quick assets and the editing tools are intuitive enough that I don’t need advanced design software for most tasks. While I haven’t integrated Picsart with other tools yet, I mainly use it directly in the browser, which works reliably for my needs. Whenever I’ve needed help, customer support has been responsive and clear, even on the free plan. Overall, Picsart is reliable, practical and plays an important role in my day-to-day client work.
