It's hard to say as I have other programs I use regularly for many of the same features that picsart offers. So for my perspective I'm limited to dislikes dealing with mobile use of photo editing. For that I would say that I'm not a huge fan of the workflow of applying any given effect. To be more concise, if I want to say remove a background, I'll go into that effect, remove it, and if I like it accept that and go back to the main selection of choices.
