I love that it allows you to schedule things by category; Services, Classes or Resources. It also allows you to list more than one of each, so your client can see all that you offer. Either way, for lead generation, it's very easy to integrate into your website as an Appointment button and you can even determine what infor is *required for them to submit their request.

Another cool feature is tha tyou can add multiple Reps / Employees to be selected for the appointment AND you can toggle this feature off so the customer doesn't have to select anyone, they just go straight to choosing their service for booking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The time slots / available appointments were a little confusing. It goes based of the duration time you set for your services as well as the schedule for your selected rep. If I had to pick, I'd say the learning curve is a little more difficult, but once mastered it's pretty easy.

Picktime does a great job of letting you set locations and work schedules and then assign services to those categories. It is really useful for things such as Parent/Teacher bookings, facility requests, etc. The integration with other tools is also amazing. I can't really say that I dislike things about the software. There are a few features I would really like though. It would be amazing if there were ways to mass import staff and schedules. Being able to clone schedules from one staff to another would be great too, or the ability to duplicate a staff member and then just change the identifiable information. It is really great software but if you are working with a large group of individuals it takes a lot of time to set up. One final thought..I would also like to see a feature for multiple calendar schedules, or perhaps a feature on the option to limit to specific calendar days to include specific times.
