There I thought, How to expand my Business and services in the USA market. because to be a Trusted services provider, I just need to get a Local address in the USA. Then got PhysicalAddress.com from Google... I got a Physical address by only $9.98. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nicole Reynolds is a supervisor at PhysicalAddress.com; she really "saved the day" with her exemplary customer service and corrections! Nicole discovered previous communications with CSRs and reached out to me. I didn't make it easy for her; I wasn't too interested in hearing from the company after the customer service failed on several occasions. Nicole was gently persistent; we finally had a conversation. I was impressed by the way she immediately took responsibility for the CSRs. She advised that the agents were coached about how to handle this in the future. Additionally, Nicole issued a full refund immediately after our conversation.

I had a series of several poor (dismissive) interactions with CSRs at PhysicalAddress.com. (Nicole advised that these agents were coached about the proper way to have handled this situation). What happened is that I was in a car accident and wasn't able to use the services. I wasn't specifically requesting a refund, but was giving the company a chance to prove that they were customer service oriented and it would help me decide if I would use them again in the future.

Initially, the customer service agents said nothing of value and one went so far as to tell me that many customers retain their services of a physical address without actually using them. He was just so dismissive about the fact that I didn't use the services even though I was in a serious accident and it was the last thing on my mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I just signed up for a business mailbox which came with a free registered agent service for a year. I called late in the day to find out how to get the required paperwork from them - and actually got a live person on the phone who promised me the papers before the end of the day - it was already 5:30 PM in Texas when I called. They scan my mail very quickly and use high quality scans (so I can print and use my banking app to deposit check). Their mail forwarding pricing is cheaper than other services I used. Their customer service is very responsive. My emails (sent during business hours) typically get answered in <1 hour. They pick up the phone and allow me to speak to a real person quickly. Difficult to get started up, due to need to mail them the notarized USPS form. Also, in my plan, they charge extra for >25 pages scanned per month -- as a typical letter includes 4 pages, I run through this pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
