What do you like best about Phrazor by vPhrase?

We observed a significant reduction in process delays issues which came in the form of lengthy and complex data analysis carried out manually by a team of data experts. What Phrazor has managed to do is make data understanding extremely easy for us by generating automated insights from complex data in simple language. Phrazor’s AI capabilities also made it possible to detect underlying data trends which improved our quality and speed of strategic decision-making.

In addition, Phrazor’s ready-to-use reporting templates allow us to understand demand and supply with respect to various metrics, for example, probable discrepancies between customer demand and quantity of shipments. We are tracking inventory movements till final order fulfilments most efficiently. The auto-suggest feature also identifies areas that we must monitor closely going forward.

What do you dislike about Phrazor by vPhrase?

In addition to plugging the time lag, Phrazor has improved the quality of our data analysis through performance reports, making them much more actionable and detail-oriented. We are equipped with granular insights in easy language through Phrazor’s NLG capabilities, allowing crucial decisions to be made instantly without leaning too much on the tech experts.

We would highly recommend Phrazor’s reporting templates based on its diagnostic and prescriptive capabilities and the simple, straightforward way in which anyone from our team can operate it.

"Infusing greater value in presentations and decoding complex presentations on my own"

What do you like best about Phrazor by vPhrase?

It’s fast, convenient, and result-oriented. The time taken from data navigation to decision implementation has reduced significantly. Time equals money, in my estimation. When I speak about convenience, I mean the add-on insights by Phrazor on my visual dashboard, which is phenomenal for me because I get to make sense of my dashboard, without any help from the IT team. To get the presentation prepared by the technology team, and having to take their assistance in further decoding the presentation was a daunting task for me. Personalized insights provided by Phrazor have significantly increased the value of our presentations. Phrazor’s auto-generated insights surface hidden data trends that we were previously unaware of. Now we are able to connect the dots between different data points, as a result of which the quality of our analysis has improved. Digital marketing analysis uses a lot of visual representations in summarizing periodic updates. When Phrazor’s written insights accompany these visualizations, it is much easier for us to invest our time in deciding the next courses of action instead of mulling over what the data is trying to convey.This helps us calculate the ROI on our marketing efforts too. Each of our sales reports is now embedded with language-based insights that makes our task as managers of interpreting data so much easier. It’s data mining capabilities guides our on-ground forces in a productive manner, and allows us for instant realignment of roles/tasks in case needed,which has resulted in an increase in the sales figures. Preparation and interpretation of data contained two inherent issues for us, which Phrazor was able to solve: time taken to prepare reports and accuracy in interpreting them.
