It is easy to duplicate an existing snippet. It provides automatic inline search. It's customer service is very responsive. **What do you dislike about PhraseExpander?** There is no way to find a saved phrase if you forget the abbreviation. It's autocorrect features is not good and work not well **What problems is PhraseExpander solving and how is that benefiting you?** It saves my time of typing. It makes work more interesting. ### 3. The Standard price is ok, but both the Professional and Medical are a bit pricey. There is a slight learning curve, of course, since you will preferably customize your own phrase library and remember the shortcuts, but with simple rules, the system should be created in no time. **What do you dislike about PhraseExpander?** You have to be careful with naming the shortcuts with letter successions, so that you wouldn t bump into them that easily - that can be very inconvenient, espcially when you have the "fire" option selected. **What problems is PhraseExpander solving and how is that benefiting you?** Improving speed in typing/ emails on a day to day basis. ### 5.
