Mainly, we needed hotels, flights, and tours features, and they nail it better than its competitors. **What do you dislike about PHPTRAVELS?** Could not think of one at the moment - I only use the product for over a month. Customization takes little effort and mostly the creators had the entire travel business component in mind when developing the software. If you have detailed information about your business, then going world wide web is at a click of few steps. **What problems is PHPTRAVELS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I always come across clients who want off the shelves softwares and also quick to world wide web presence. Also newsletter, blogs etc can all be handled in a signel sofrware Easy to use and setup, even for Non-programmers Good and exhaustive knowledge base Responsive support and frequent updates **What do you dislike about PHPTRAVELS?** Some API integrations are either buggy or fail at times. Eg- Expedia API Software isn't as much focused on end user (tourist), hence a knowledge bank/repository of Tourist destinations etc can go a long way into developing it as a multi stakeholder, Omnichannel CRM **Recommendations to others considering PHPTRAVELS:** Just go for it!
