I only had occasion to use this app when, for incomprehensible reasons, Photoshop had crashed and I had to make do with Photoshop Elements.
I think it is an easier and more user friendly app for non-experts as a designer can get trapped in the few commands available.
However, it is useful for doing a few things without being able to make mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it is not really user friendly and there is little room for manoeuvre. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like its easy to understand interface, its availability for amateurs. It offers an extensive variety of photograph altering instruments, including computerized highlights for speedy improvements. Its association and labeling highlights assist with overseeing enormous photograph libraries really. Furthermore, it's more reasonable than the full rendition of Photoshop, pursuing it a financial plan accommodating decision for specialist picture takers and fashioners. Photoshop Components has a few limitations contrasted with the full Photoshop variant, like less high level elements. its exhibition can be delayed with enormous records, and it might miss the mark on of the most recent apparatuses accessible in other picture altering programming. Moreover, there's an expectation to learn and adapt for novices, and its connection point appears to be fairly jumbled. Other than that it's a decent application Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't dislike much about Photoshop Elements, but here are a few things that could be improved:
The interface can be a bit cluttered. There are a lot of features and tools in Photoshop Elements, and the interface can be a bit overwhelming for beginners.
The selection tools can be a bit finicky. It can be difficult to get a precise selection with some of the tools, such as the Lasso tool.
The text tools are not as powerful as those in Photoshop. If you need to do a lot of work with text, you might be better off using Photoshop.
The file format support is not as good as Photoshop. Photoshop Elements can't open or save some file formats, such as PSD files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
