What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands?

I like that I can see all the buckets for photos as one. It has them in an outline format, which I find very helpful. I also like that I can tag the photos to find similar ones when I need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhotoShelter for Brands?

You have to delete galleries one by one, which can take time with multiple. Also I've found that it does have a few glitches here and there. The permission functions were confusing in the beginning as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands?

Photoshelter is very user friendly! I love that it is easy from start to finish, from uploading the photos, to categorizing them, to downloading them later, it is a smooth process. What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands?

I like how you can search keywords on Photoshelter; it makes finding the exact photo that I need a breeze. The interface is also very user-friendly, and I never have problems with finding exactly what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish you could select multiple images in Lightboxes and download them all at the same time, like you can do within the galleries. It would make using Lightboxes a lot more convenient! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands?

In my experience, it is the best DAM system for organizing and searching an extensive image database. Between its Metadata options and its overall setup it can be any brands best friend when it comes to photographic assets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly there is not much to dislike about it. The only downside is the pricing. Considering individuals can get the same system for a few hundred dollars a year vs thousands can be a real downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PhotoShelter for Brands?

It's possible to make some albums and photos available for anyone to download, while restricting others to certain people who need it. It's also been great that it works with our SSO so people don't have to have a new userID and password Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a bit expensive, especially to add additional people as owners or managers of the content. It would be good if more accounts were included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PhotoShelter has helped us organize all of our photographic assets into one place. We will no longer have to rely on messy folders on shared drives. The best feature is searchable metadata. Now people can find the photos they need without having extensive knowledge of the thousands of photos and the library structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Taking our photos off of shared network drives and onto PhotoShelter does require more "clicks" to get to what you need. Plus, we have to download the images to use them, but ultimately PhotoShelter is a much better filing system than network drives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
