PhotoShelter for Brands Discussions

Right now, I can search and upload. I need to be able to do some management... like find images, create a lightbox, set up an invitation, shut down user accounts.

Is it possible to easily upload/drop and drag images, videos, etc. from PhotoShelter into emails, social media, etc. without having to download and then upload each time?

I want to be able to add and hide a photo cover to my galleries, but it is not a capability in the brand version right now.

Our organization is wanting to share logos and other brand marks with people within our University. Potentially, we'd want vendors to have access as well. We don't want to release these items for public use. And, I as the administrator don't have time to add/remove the number of users we'd want... Read more

Is Photoshelter used more as a storage backup, asset manager, or portfolio manager? What size company are you to be able to afford the amount of storage you have? Have you had issues with refunds or policies?

Im looking to find out anyone who has used the system for more than 3 years.

I would like to know what new features are being rolled out for 2020. I'm also interested in beta testing any new features.
