I have almost 4 years of experience as a visual and graphic designer. I have been using Photoroom for the past two years mainly for background removal, and it gives extraordinary results for me. It saves a lot of time compared to manual image cutouts.

What I like best about PhotoRoom is it's simplicity and effectiveness. It isn't hard to make a couple of clicks on my selected photo and easily remove the background, add new background. It works seamlessly. After spending years struggling to manually remove backgrounds using photoshop or other photo editing apps on my phone or laptop, it's incredible how accurate, precise and natural this auto removal is. Of course PhotoRoom doesn't only remove backgrounds. It has multiple other image creation and editing options to make creative and inspiring works of art out of you personal photographs. Downsides of PhotoRoom include :

-Limited advanced editing: mostly designed for basic photo editing and background removal. Might not offer the extensive photo editing capabilities of more advanced software like photoshop , for users requiring detailed retouching or advanced design work.

-subscription costs: while the app offers a free version with basic features, many advanced functionalities require paying for a subscription. Subscription costs can be weekly, or annually and are definitely an important consideration especially if the user only has need to occasional and basic use of an editing app and only occasional access to premium feature. Of course you can get a free trial of premium version for a week or several days .

-learning curve: PhotoRoom is pretty simple and user friendly, but it still has a learning curve for users new to photo editing. It can take some time and effort to become familiar and comfortably proficient in using the app effectively.

- internet connection: access certain features requires internet and users with limited connectivity will face limitations.

-template limitation :users looking for highly specialized or unique designs will find photoroom's templates somewhat restrictive.

My first impression was the speed in which the app recognizes the subject of a photo and isolates it for use. The best application to remove objects for the images. I really like its user-friendly mobile interface that help me to edit image anytime, anywhere.
