**What do you like best about Phone.com?**

I like that Phone.com works well as a communication tool, allowing me to contact clients to discuss business terms and make money. It's reliable and serves as a connection point with my clients.

**What do you dislike about Phone.com?**

The back office is overseas and unintelligent, not useful for any form of problems. Working with any international call center makes companies fail and doesn’t help the customers they offer their service to. The initial setup was difficult as I had to work with an incompetent back office employee who couldn’t understand English or comprehend how to do their job setting me up.

**What problems is Phone.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Phone.com serves as a communication point for my clients. It works, allowing me to discuss business terms and make money.

Needed a dedicated business phone for my business. Phone.com allows me to have a business phone without having a separate physical phone.

**What do you dislike about Phone.com?**

I don't have any complaints. There's a slight delay in implementation as they retrieve the number from a third-party vendor, but this is unavoidable.

**What problems is Phone.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need for a dedicated business phone number that looks and sounds professional, without having to purchase or use a second physical device.

I was able to get the help I needed to move my phone to phone.com, it was a seamless process with great customer support from Juan.  The technology they use is up to speed for business owners.  I highly recommend this software, ask to speak with Juan, he was incredible with his knowledge and prompt responses.

So far I loved all the features and the customer support

**What do you like best about Phone.com?**

The faxing is somewhat functional. The interface isn't awful.

**What do you dislike about Phone.com?**

The meetings require the other user to download the app making them useless for businesses. 
The phone app takes over your phone, makes answering other calls impossible and every time you connect to bluetooth, it will start a "call" to yourself. The fax doesn't have a "resend" option for failed faxes.  Which happens kind of a lot, so you have to redownload and upload the info.  Basically everything I needed it for was non-functional.

None. It's solving no problems, but rather creating new ones.

I am not too tech savvy and its helpful to have someone like Juan Herrera to take care of setup for you.
Integration with our CRM Medicare Pro is number one feature

Phone.com was a simple way to start using a business phone number when we first needed one, with an easy-to-understand interface and setup.

**What do you dislike about Phone.com?**

It became clear to us as our business grew and we needed more than one person handling our business phone numbers, that what we needed was way more complicated than what Phone.com could offer. We were looking for complicated call flows and phone business hour rules, as well as multiple numbers pointing to different flows, etc. and Phone.com could not handle that level of complexity to our satisfaction.

We needed to pivot from a personal phone to a business phone number, and Phone.com helped us do that.

I used them before, then I tried something else and now I'm back to Phone.com. Besides the very fair pricing they provide the uncomparable customer support! It's always friendly, they will spend as much time as it takes to set you up, to fix any issues and are very happy to have you as a customer!
Theyr ave a great new dashboard and new apps! All modern and clean.
The value for the price is tremendous!

There is nothing to dislike about Phone.com. I thought my phone number prices were a bit too hight power mont compared to Tillio and was going to move some of my numbers to Twilio but Phone.com reduced my pricing to make me happy and to stay.

Phone.com allows you to use virtual phone numbers for businesses any size with very powerful and advanced features too for any size of teams - from a solopreneur to small and medium businesses to a big corporation! I have 5 virtual numbers on leadgen sites plus I have phone.com widgets there that you can place on the site for people to dial directly and this indeed helps in SEO too! 
The call flows you can create are unlimited. Plus you have all cool text-to-speech tools, sound effects, and much more for your greetings and messages. 
The mobiles apps are a great tool to have and are free with your account.

Competitive pricing but unfortunately it comes with huge downside which I did not know before yesterday

**What do you dislike about Phone.com?**

A week ago, we experienced that we received an email from Phone.com informing us that an action was needed for one of our phone numbers (Germany number). I quickly found out that they simply suspended the number at the same time they wrote us that they needed some documents due to changes in German regulations. I wrote them that we would be working on getting the requested papers and kindly asked them to meanwhile ensure our phone number was active. Despite several emails they refused to activate the number. Country regulations like this are never enforced immidiately so unless Phone.com has been sleeping then there is no reason to handle the situation like this.

NEVER trust them with your phone number if it's important for you that customers or partners can reach you.

Phone.com has an admin portal that allows you to set up voice mail, multiple lines, etc. Through the admin portal, you are also able to send and receive faxes. It's an excellent service, and we are so happy to have found it.

**What do you dislike about Phone.com?**

The only thing I dislike is that we cannot utilize the paging function on the phone without automatically placing the call on hold while in paging mode. We prefer to page something without putting the caller on hold.

We have managed to save money on toner as we have eliminated the fax machine and are using phone.com solely. We have also stopped the waste of paper from printing faxes that were not actual faxes but junk.

**What do you like best about Phone.com?**

There has been nothing positive about our experience. The features such as custom waiting music, etc seem cool but we haven't gotten past a functional use stage with this product.

**What do you dislike about Phone.com?**

The customer experience is horrendous. We deal with several software vendors and this one takes the top prize for the most impersonal and dismal customer experience. Their support is lackluster, dismissive, and unresponsive. I have been transferred to tech support chat only to sit on the chat for 45 minutes as the next in queue for the feature to then close and say "agents not available."

Don't take it from us, though-a quick review of their ratings shows across the board consistency in lack of customer support. Go with another vendor.

Go with other vendors-there are plenty that features much higher ratings and better customer support. A quick google search will show you that.

Used Phone.com  service for 2 months and it never worked.  The quality was so poor I had to leave.

The entire experience was not just useless, but customers were hanging up.  It was a huge negative.

You can have a local or toll free business line for literally 12 bucks a month that forwards to your cellphone number. You can easily set greetings, voicemails, hold music and extensions. It's perfect for adjusting to Covid.

When i signed up the features were a bit overwhelming, but the support was top notch and got everything setup in 5 min. Molly was super helpful and help our team set up our greetings, forwarding, and hold music.

**Recommendations to others considering Phone.com:**

If you're not sure what you're doing, just use their chat or simply give them a call. They will stay on the phone until you're all setup exactly how you need.

After Covid, my staff is now working from home. We needed a cheap but powerful solution... and phone.com blew all the other competitors away with price and features.

 I like the fact that you can communicate and reach out  two people all over the world even if you don’t have phone service. All that’s needed is Wi-Fi.

There is not much to like about phone.com, but I do like that I can configure users and extensions. The managing and configuring options are decent.

I dislike how ancient and clunky the site is. Not very user friendly. The site may take some getting used to as well as learning how to navigate it. I have used it for about a year now and still forget how to get to certain options.

**Recommendations to others considering Phone.com:**

Take a look at your other options. I don 't have the ability to make the decision of whether to use them or not, so I am unsure of other options available. I would look at all your options before going with phone.com.

It solves our problem of configure our phone lines and extensions. Other than that, I don't see many additional benefits.

Simple, easy-to-use interface. Good call quality. Base VoIP feature set included for all plans. Free desktop and full-featured mobile apps with softphone. Human and automated voicemail transcription available. Offers professional voice recording service.

Video conferencing only available for an added monthly fee. Caller analytics are extra. Minute bundles and extensions can get expensive for larger businesses

**Recommendations to others considering Phone.com:**

There are some premium features and add-ons but they all come a la carte. You can set up an extra IP desk phone, analog phone, or softphone access (on mobile, tablet, or PC) for $4.99 per line. It's also an additional $4.99 for an extra phone number. There are also additional minute bundles: 1,000 minutes for $35 per month, 2,200 minutes for $77 per month, and $5,000 minutes for $165 per month. You can also get unlimited minutes for $23.99 per month per extension, though that price lowers with volume pricing the more extensions you add.

Phone.com is an affordable, customizable, and well-designed Voice-over-IP (VoIP) service designed for small to midsize business (SMB) users who want the ability to run an entire office's worth of communication easily through their smartphones.

**What do you like best about Phone.com?**

I like that call forwarding is so easy. When my bosses are travelling with limited access to cell service, phone.com makes it easy to still answer customer calls without having to change numbers.

**What do you dislike about Phone.com?**

The platform is only somewhat straight-forward to use, in my opinion. I had to contact their customer service to actually set up call forwarding because of the "rules" that you can make forwarding have. It was a bit confusing for me, not being too familiar with the site.

**Recommendations to others considering Phone.com:**

It's made taking calls easier. The only issue I can think of is that you cannot call people back from the phone.com number, so if people are hesitant to pick up calls from unknown numbers, trying to call them back is useless.

The site navigation is not completely straight forward. But I quickly learned to navigate it with the help of a customer service rep. the customer service reps also get back to you very quickly.

**What do you like best about Phone.com?**

I love the price first. This is so inexpensive that at first I did not believe it was real. I works so well and never drops calls. We use this in all of our offices instead of traditional phone service. This is flexible too so we can change our subscription if we need to. We are not locked into anything.

**What do you dislike about Phone.com?**

I did not like that it could not transfer my existing numbers. We had some that could but not all of the numbers could be ported in so that was a bit of a disappointment. As far as the actual software though we have no complaints at all. 

**Recommendations to others considering Phone.com:**

I think this software is so convenient and easy. It is solving a huge problem we had at a company I used to work for. They are able to very easily communicate with this and I think it is way more affordable for any business. 

**What problems is Phone.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a cheaper phone service option for our office. Our traditional phones were incredibly expensive and tied down in one office. With this we are able to be out of our offices and answer calls on our cell phones. Also we do not have to worry about our personal cell phone bills because the app runs the call and that is were it charges. So all the employees now are always reachable with out and issues.

**What do you like best about Phone.com?**

The UI for the website is easy to use but looks very outdated. Adding new users/numbers is simple

**What do you dislike about Phone.com?**

The phone app they provide communicator is terrible. Lot's of issues where visitors cannot hear us or we can't hear them. I have worked with their support team on and off for months and they "fix" something on their backend and everything works for about  1 week and then it breaks again. Very frustrating.

**What do you like best about Phone.com?**

Their service is always reliable with very good desktop UI and mobile app as well. I don't even have to use a physical phone as I redirect all the work calls to my mobile. I can also call using my work number from the app so your private number is not revealed. Lot of options can be changed from either desktop or mobile app. Have been using this for more than 3 years and had no issues in service at anytime. 

**What do you dislike about Phone.com?**

Nothing much to dislike about the product but just disappointed that they don't support Call button from calender to input access code for a meeting. I have defaulted the calls from my calendar to go via Phone.com app and it doesn't recognize the Access code or meeting id and I have to manually enter from the dial pad. 

**Recommendations to others considering Phone.com:**

Highly recommended VOIP software if you are looking for a nice web interface and mobile app with lot of option to configure and change. Also, you don't need to have a physical phone turned on as you can forward the calls to your mobile and call using your work caller id.

Work numbers are handled by phone.com and also international calls as we have offshore support as well. Also, most of us travel a lot to client place and so we will not be at desk. The mobile app is handy to configure and change all the settings as needed and forward calls, listen to voicemail, etc.,

**What do you like best about Phone.com?**

That you can log into it online and customize phone trees. The different hold music options.

**What do you dislike about Phone.com?**

Almost everything. The interface is not intuitive and is difficult to navigate. You can delete a saved voicemail message without first disconnecting it from the extension. But it doesn't tell you which extension that particular message is saved to, so you have to hunt for it. 

**What problems is Phone.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are receiving phone calls online, which does allow us to access voicemails from anywhere we log in.

its set up is easy just follow steps 123 and that is it.

I dont have any dislikes about the product. I actually suggest this phone system to my clients

Use it is easy to use and the cost is just right especially for business getting started not looking to spend a arm and a leg.

is an application that comes for mobil where offers to make calls, send text messages and even manage emails.

**What do you dislike about Phone.com?**

The application or app for smart phones still lacks a lot, for realiyuna call is almost impossible.

It is not good app for smart phones. I have not been able to use it completely. He needs to improve.

sometimes the calls don 't come through clear.

Be sure that your able to get clear calls, if not contact customer service so that they can trouble shoot and get your number working properly.  The earlier the better.

We are able to connect to clients alot quicker. They are able to get access to us quickly with the call back number provided. Beniefts of use include good turn around time on providing products to clients.
