It makes it easy to find new emails to send to our employees. I also appreciate the new templates are consistently added, meaning I don't have to spend any time making my own templates. The tracking is also simple and intuitive to use. I can easily tell which employees are clicking on emails and identify areas where our organization needs to improve. **What do you dislike about PhishingBox?** I feel Phishing Box's user interface could be improved in a few areas. Managing multiple groups and users seems more complicated than it should be. If we were to lose a current customer due to a cyber security breach, it would put us at risk of losing that customer. The interface to create a phishing campaign is very intuitive and it is really good to be able to run a campaign over a long period to avoid staff sharing the fact that they received a phishing email. I also like the way you can schedule training for those who fall into the trap and can track their progress. I have also used the Management reports to present to the company owners which can show progress between campaigns. The Support Team is excellent and I always get advice or answers to my questions promptly. **What do you dislike about PhishingBox?** There is nothing really that I dislike. The application is well designed and easy to navigate around. Navigation on the GUI is user friendly. Phishingbox learning resources is also readily available in the internet. They even have they're own YouTube channel so there's no way for you to learn this application very easily. **What do you dislike about PhishingBox?** There's nothing I dislike in this product but what I notice here is that its integration on the store to 3rd party software is somehow limited. EU instances have some limitations - not all domains are available.
