The overall Phenom ecosystem is very user friendly, It was also very easy to implement, And being able to set a precedence with the recruiting team that we always utilize phenom first when it comes to recruiting for a new opportunity the platform supports that mantra. Were able to log into Phenom every day, utilize the dashboard to understand when we have new leads coming in or see how our campaigns are performing, We're also able to use the X+ feature to generate beautifully written messaging to our candidates where we may only need to make a few tweaks which saves us so much time. We've also really appreciated being able to use the X+ feature To ask questions about a candidate's profile and it provides accurate information as well as asking for suggested interview questions, for example. We have excellent communication with our customer support team, making it easy to continue to learn, grow, and level up within the platform. We utilize Hosted Apply which is definitely a game changer. The ease of integrating this with Workday made such a difference in our recruiters day-to-day tasks - Having two way integration is a huge plus to keep recruiters from flipping back and forth in multiple systems as much as humanly possible. We have not found our niche in fit scoring and we have found that there is opportunity to improve the AI Discovery where we are not always getting qualified candidates (understanding you must train the AI, but it still can use some tweaking). Phenom Applied AI is solving productivity issues and helping us to ensure our top of funnel is strong through creating efficiencies in our recruitment process.
