When we were looking for a virtual event platform for our National Convention, we researched many companies and platforms. Overall, PheedLoop provided the best Admin and Attendee experience that worked well with our budget. Their team was responsive, friendly and supportive during the process. Implementing the system was fast and easy and I liked that we were able to update the event ourselves. The Attendees loved the design of the platform and really enjoyed the gamification. The customer service is invaluable. They have "open" office hours twice daily, in which you can not only ask your questions but listen to answers to other customer's questions. I have often found solutions to problems I didn't know I had in this way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is still evolving, which is a blessing and a curse. Feedback is intergrated regularly, but this also means there are constantly new features to learn and implement. And knowing what is coming but hasn't arrived yet is a little frustrating at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No other platform matches what they can offer at this price point. We used the basic virtual event module, event website, and gamification. It saved a lot of marketing/communication staff time. Next time I'd want to use the registration module upgrade, too, to save our finance staff a bunch of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's a steep learning curve, so be prepared to watch a lot of videos and read a lot of articles. However, the help/support article base, the daily office hours Q&A sessions, and the 24-hour email support made it much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is pretty user friendly. I did find a few things confusing and had to contact staff, however overall it was doable for someone like me, with no website experience to set up and run a virtual conference on fairly short notice. I find that when I make changes, they aren't always reflected in the virtual event when I refresh the page and I have to close it and re-open it. I wish it were easier to add names and ticket types of individuals who register through our own payment system. I had believed it would be a matter of uploading an excel page, but learnt that although I could add attendees that way, I still needed to add them as registrants to assign them tickets. I also think that there could be a better and more comphrensive and searchable tutorial function. For example, Zoom you can google what you are trying to do and it nearly always comes up with step by step instructions and a video to walk you through it. We do provide plenty of informational and knowledge-base material on our support page at support.pheedloop.com. It has answers to almost everything relating to the platform, and it even has a search function to narrow down your inquiry to different subtopics. If you are still unable to locate what you're looking for, our tech support team is super helpful and always an email away! We also have daily customer support hours with Live Q&A that you can register for, and get one-on-one help with any specific questions you may have in regards to your event. So there are plenty of resources out there to make use of and help you make your experience with PheedLoop as smooth as possible.

It has been more time-consuming managing the event than we anticipated; however, having never worked on the backend of an event platform in the past, I can't compare it to how much more or less work it would be to others. One thing we would like to see is a welcome email tracking for attendees/registrants like there is for speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors. The PheedLoop platform is very robust yet very intuitive to use to set up and manage a virtual event. PheedLoop's customer service is also outstanding and they offer a fantastic array of live and on-demand training sessions to get you up and running in no time. Don't forget that PheedLoop is a lot more than just a virtual event platform! As events go back on-site, you'll be able to run everything from check-in, badge printing, lead capture, registration, and so much more alongside all the virtual pieces to create an amazing hybrid experience. We also have a big new product being release in Q1 of 2021 for hybrid events, so keep an eye out for that!
