What do you like best about PheedLoop?

Apart from the impressive platform interface, the PheedLoop team has been great to work with. Their responsiveness and expertise make the planning process significantly easier. What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

What I will say is that there is still growth taking place within the platform and it is constantly changing and becoming increasingly better everyday. This requires a bit of patience and it offers an opportunity to work with the PheedLoop team, who are very receptive to feedback. What do you like best about PheedLoop?

Over the past year of working very closely with the PheedLoop team, I couldn’t express enough how amazing their customer service is. There were many situations where I needed their assistance immediately and they would answer within that same day. PheedLoop’s registration platform has everything an event planner needs to smoothly run an event. Registration is the first point of view attendees see when they are interested in attending events and with all the amazing features PheedLoop has (ticketing, speaker portals, schedules, sponsor & Exhibitors – just to name a few) it is up to date with the latest and modern technology to satisfy our attendees needs. That being said, our association requested PheedLoop to personally build a feature that we required to have at our event, and with such a short notice they were able to build this feature from scratch and it worked wonderfully!! We are always excited to hear feature updates from PheedLoop Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

Not much! The platform is great in all aspects and exceeded our expectations. One minor thing was our taxing complications, and within the hard work from the PheedLoop team we were able to solve the issue fast! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PheedLoop?

Over the years, I’ve had multiple discussions with Pheedloop regarding new features that would be helpful from an Event Manager’s perspective. They’ve taken this feedback and really built out the app over the past few years. It’s been really exciting to share in their journey, especially since they are a Canadian company based out of Toronto. With that said, I’d recommend a demo as the app can do way more than you’d think. Over the past two years, we’ve built our conference site and ticketing system through them, in addition to using their check-in system, which was incredibly fast and provided us with check-in data as we needed it. Their badge system also worked like a dream. We’ve had such a headache creating badges manually in the past, and they make it so easy. Pheedloop literally eliminated hours of frustration, which is the last thing you need just days before a conference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

Whenever I've run into issues, they've been fairly minor and the Pheedloop team has always been able to roll out a fix within hours or minimal days. So, whatever I've disliked something, it hasn't really been an issue for too long. Our contact is definitely someone who listens to his customers and actions on feedback. Even once we are done with our website and registration setup, I’ll get random periodic emails from them simply checking in to make sure that everything is going well. They simply don’t rely on the “no news, is good news” theory, which is a real testament to the care and attention that they provide to their clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PheedLoop?

I was originally impressed by the pricing and feature model, and once we started using it for our conference planning, it was clear that there were regular updates and feature additions that were added to it. What was even more impressive was the fantastic customer service from the PheedLoop team. Our crew had a lot of questions, and the response time was phenomenal, the reps were friendly and helpful, and any issues were dealt with right away. That means a lot when planning an event!

The back-end functionality is super clean and easy to use once things have been explained a bit. There are a ton of features that can be applied to a variety of events, and more being added all the time.

The user-facing app is really intuitive, and having consistency between the web and mobile app made it easy to do a quick user tutorial at our event with no problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

We love using Pheedloop for it's simplicity! Very user friendly, easy to set up and navigate from back AND from user end. What do you like best about PheedLoop?

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

Very granular, but the majority of our attendees found the button to add/remove sessions was not intuitive (ie. it remains the same "+" sign if you are adding or removing, and doesn't provide warning prior to you removing a session from your schedule).
