Sometimes it wasn't easy for me to detect which option is included in which plan. I was looking for an automatic e-mail response for new leads. I couldn't find an answer and texted the customer support, who told me that it was not included in my plan until a couple of days later all of a sudden I could indeed use it. I would have a single suggestion for improvement, however: It would be great if in the future Perspective could be connected directly with one's own domain via the nameserver. Furthermore, I would wish for the pricing structure to be reconsidered and additional features, especially for agencies, to be introduced. That would make the software even more attractive and further optimize its use.
