The implementation is quick and easy. **What do you dislike about Personio?** Visually, Personio is clean and simple but a bit boring. It does the minimum needed for an HRIS for a small to medium-sized company, and there are still some limitations. There is no "company documents" section; we have to put all of our company documents in Google Drive folders and link them through the home page of Personio. E-Signatures are clunky, and you cannot put e-signature documents as onboarding steps for employees. The reporting is fine, but you cannot run reports for some variable (such as time off request dates for employees). **What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?** As our HRIS, it houses our absence plans, employee documents, and controls our onboarding and offboarding processes. For me, it is the best feature of the Personio, as it helps in improving employees relationship with the organization. **What do you dislike about Personio?** It would be great to have a better and different UI for IOS mobile application, as the Personio dashboard looks bit clumsy on small screens. **What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?** This has been a very important and helpful tool for me to analyze employees grievances, and formulate policies for addressing the problems. The effective and efficient responses to the raised concerns are beneficial for improving employee relations and their emotional attachment with the organization. Custom automation almost eliminates human error, and I love the tool it offers for training and audience management. I have also tested the customized personio reports as a luxury for the (HR) area. **What do you dislike about Personio?** The system is not yet fully perfected for international use; they can improve the report section area for recruitment with more detailed templates; there spot some irregular errors that I hope will be corrected over time.
