Personio makes maintaining people's data and running workflows easier with advanced automation functions. The support teams of Personio are the best and are always ready to help to simplify the implementation processes. The best thing about Personio is having all HR management facilities in one place.

It works excellently to automate all HR processes and has a stable platform to get the best results 24/7 without any issues.

**What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personio has a stable platform to maintain people's data and related workflows 24/7 without any issues. We have automated our HR and people-related workflows with Personio, which serves our requirements well above expectations. Creating E-forms from available templates in Personio and distributing them to the targeted employees is an excellent tool for the HR management team to make the processes much faster and smoother. Personio has been very helpful tool for our organization for overall human resources management and producing significant improvements in related functions.

The intuitive approach it has. I was never trained on how to use this, and I find it really user friendly.

I haven't found any negative point so far. I am using it since October.

**What do you like best about Personio?**

Its handling is effortless with an intuitive and easy-to-understand interface; the option to self-manage labor tools is another feature that motivates me of the software; making requests for the human resources area is quite simple, accessibility is another of the good points of the person being able to enter from my phone, tablet or laptop, it is a very flexible tool with a speedy implementation. The support is personalized; that is to say, they give you complete advice during the whole process, a comprehensive tool.

**What do you dislike about Personio?**

This tool has allowed exponential growth in human resources, personio offers excellent alternatives for recruiting personnel. However, there is always room for improvement; I can highlight that I would like better support in English; it is not possible to configure it by yourself from the beginning. However, they support you throughout the implementation process.

**What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personnel selection and management is a tool that genuinely accelerates this process; the creation of job offers using some employment platforms is another function that this program does wonderfully, analyzing more optimal channels for recruiting staff, sending forms to know the opinion of the rest of the team, also allows me to automate the management of interview.

Personio offers a wide range of services to provide a unique experience for HR management. I like the smooth integration of existing tools with the platform, specifically with email clients, as it turns out to be very helpful in getting real-time alerts for approval requests of the employees. Personio is an excellent tool for tracking and getting information for HR process flow against pending requests.

We use Personio for basic HR operations and related services, for which the product responds exceptionally well without any problems.

**What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We handle all of our HR services and operations with Personio, like updating and dispatching salary statements,  attendance and absentee records, reward and benefits management, organizational announcements, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Personio has the perfect solution for every service needed for effective HR operations and has been a beneficial product for our organization in both management and monetary aspects.

Personio is the best tool to streamline all HR processes within a single platform. The most helpful characteristic of Personio is the ease of creating all HR-related workflows, which helps employees and management teams to operate smoothly for approvals of overtime, leaves, appraisals etc., at one window. The ease of using Personio makes it the perfect solution for handling all HR processes in the organization.

It is a simple and handy tool for managing all HR processes without problems. I found Personio as the perfect tool for human resources and haven't observed any issues while using it.

Personio is used for performing and managing all HR processes, including automated approval workflows,  time and attendance monitoring of employees, compensation management, creating E-forms for HR service deliveries, etc. Personio has excellent templates and the most advanced tools to make things a lot easier and smoother for the HR processes of the organization.

not yet legally compliant and the instructions in the training are often not either. For example, reminders about the expiration of vacation days, this is much too general and would not hold up in a labor court appointment. Here, I miss the perspective of a labor lawyer at Personio.

**What do you like best about Personio?**

Personio is a reliable and secure human resources data and management solutions platform. Employees can perform numerous HR-related activities independently without physical interaction with the human resources management team. Anybody can remotely apply, view and manage their leaves, PF details, salary statements, tax return forms, travel and expense requests etc. The convenience of approvals with E-forms and E-signatures is the best feature of Personio.

**What do you dislike about Personio?**

It has been an incredible journey with Personio, and I found it a perfect HRM solution. I have never faced any issues and never found any dislikes about Personio.

**What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personio benefits us in multiple ways as it has solved all our organization's human resources management problems. Remote access to the platform and E-forms availability for everything related to HR are excellent sources for saving time and expediting processes. Using E-Paper and E-form solutions,  Personio has also reduced the paperwork significantly, helping us become a silent part of the green environmental movement.

Personio is a user-friendly HRM tool and easy to operate by the HR management team and end users. Implementing HR policies and ensuring employees follow all the policies is a handy ingredient of Personio. The best thing about the product is the availability of all necessary HR tools in one place, and it's accessible to understand UI and workflows by end users.

**What do you dislike about Personio?**

Annual performance review tools are not up to the standards as per expectations. Otherwise, it is a great tool to carry out all HR-related operations within a single window.

**What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Personio to develop HR policies for the organization and ensure that employees follow them religiously. It is an excellent tool with many readily available templates to create policies, forms and looping workflows for standardized HR operations. Personio is also a handy platform for Non-HR employees, as end users also get an integrated dashboard to view and manage HR policies, Salaries and perks, overtime, and leave management.

Personio is a powerful solution for managing everyday HR processes with outstanding productivity and efficiency. The seamless transition from existing HR systems to Personio was the best part of my journey with Personio. It has all the HR functions with more clarity and command as compared to other HR tools.

Abstracting data in XLXS format has not been an easy job. Otherwise, it has been an incredible journey for me with Personio.

Personio is being used for all of our company's everyday HR processes and management purposes, and it handles all of our requirements quite well with excellent efficiency. The most critical functions for our company are employee data records, HR analytics, time and attendance, compensation management, HR budgeting and ATS. Personio has benefited us exceptionally well with all the essential HR functions and saved time and manual energy for these processes.

Personio provides the leverage to customize HR integrations and dashboards as per organizational needs, which is the best feature of this product. During the implementation phase, we got the dedicated team from Personio to set things up to our satisfaction, which was an impressive factor for me.

I rate it as the most balanced human resource management product and am fully satisfied with the performance and responsiveness of Personio.

We are using Personio for HR facilitation of employees to cater to multiple queries within one customized dashboard, and it is doing an excellent job for HR management teams and end users (employees). People can access and manage their salary statements, leave management, time tracking, request and approvals right through their devices with SSO. Personio has also helped strengthen the connection between the HR management team and people in the organization.

**What do you like best about Personio?**

Personio is very well designed and provides a great experience for both admins and users. It has all the main functions you would expect for a growing business like Qualification Check, where staff members can manage their holidays/absence requests and store important documents. The onboarding function is a breeze to use and takes so much of the admin related burden away from our Business Operations Manager. The integration with Slack is an added bonus allowing you to see who is out on any particular day.

A small gripe of having to login every time. Can we have a chrome plugin please?

It helps to centralise everything and removes admin burden. Provides effective reports which allows us to make insightful decisions on resource planning.

It is a reliable and well-planned platform that makes everything look much easier for human resources management. We can handle everything related to HRM with Personio, whether it is employee onboarding, explaining JDs, employees' self-service regarding HR matters, planning and organizing training, leave and compensation management or gathering and analyzing data as per HR metrics. I like Personio for being the one-stop solution that matters in HRM.

It is well-planned and well-detailed software for HRM and hasn't faced any problems. Subscription prices should be negotiable for small organizations, so they may also be benefitted from such a great HRM solution.

Personio is solving all my everyday HRM-related problems and helping me perform my job swiftly. We use Personio to perform core HR operations and related services and deliverables. The available templates for interviewing and employee onboarding are exciting and helpful for smooth processing. By large, Personio can handle A to Z HR matters within one platform, and ROI-wise, it has been very beneficial for our organization.

**What do you like best about Personio?**

Personio provides the best practices and most advanced technologies to implement and run the human resources methodologies within the unified portal. It has well-updated tools and templates, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws and regulations by implementing progressive policies and practices in the organization.

**What do you dislike about Personio?**

Using Personio, we can find the policy templates mostly inherited from international employment laws, but I couldn't see country/state policies. It would be great to get country-wise labor policy templates within the portal.

**What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My primary usage of Personio is to ensure organizational compliance with regulatory employment policies, and it has been a very effective source for maintaining up-to-date policy documentation and conducting relative employee training. It is a very beneficial platform to avoid noncompliance litigation and other lawsuit issues for our organization. We can also track, review and document compliance with mandatory and nonmandatory training by the employees. Personio also performs exceptionally well in managing and pursuing disciplinary actions, disputes and comparative investigations.

Personio is an agile HRM platform that simplifies all HR activities and the talent acquisition process for organizations. We can devise AI-based scorecards of applicants according to the required job vacancies, which helps us to choose the right people for the correct positions, and this is the most important and best feature of Personio for me.

**What do you dislike about Personio?**

Personio has no issues, and the platform is straightforward for the desired HR functions. Improved UI could be an additional plus for the Personio dashboard.

**What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Personio to manage and organize my organization's hiring and talent acquisition processes. It has a robust AI-based system to track and rate job applicants and available talent pools effectively to find the best replacement candidates for the vacant positions immediately. Personio is an excellent tool to automate all of our HR administration and provides a huge relief to managers. The expertise of Personio helps widely to run human resources processes smoothly. The good thing about this tool is total control over the core HR functions within a unified and confined platform.

It is a simple, agile and holistic HR tool to make things much easier for HR operators. In my opinion, the UI of the dashboard could be improved for a better view.

Everything is easily accessible, all in one place. It's also really valuable to be able to submit our reviews, upwards feedback onto the platform. Booking holiday is simple and quick, overall a great user experience.

**What do you dislike about Personio?**

Very little to say here. It was a little hard to navigate at first but pretty easy once you get your head around it!

**What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously didn't have our HR data in one place. It was complicated to communicate absence with your manager, and find details of your contract / employee information. Persiono makes it so much easier and quicker to access this data!

I like how I can make the system work for us and if it doesn't I can give feedback and I truly believe they look into adding that feature/idea.

**What do you dislike about Personio?**

Changed to performance and development. Re-learning how best to make the tab work for us.

**What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personio solves many problems. We are now able to manage all recruitment, have automated onboarding and support staff to book holidays, see the org chart and store all documents in one place. We are looking at how we use the Performance and development feature to support our PDP, goal setting, and 360 feedback. 
This all benefits me and this is all aspects of my role nad leaves me more time to work closely with our people.

Personio is the most stable and detailed platform to perform all jobs related to human resources management within a few clicks. We can make strategies and prioritize our HR needs much more robustly at Personio. The availability of all required standard HR tools in a single dashboard is the most adorable thing about Personio.

**What do you dislike about Personio?**

Overall performance of the Personio platform is well up to the expectations, and no issues have been noticed. The time taken for data integrations and updates in the cloud platform is slightly longer.

**What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being an HR Analytic, I mostly use Personio for detailed analysis of organizational human resources, deriving related policies and managing the HR pool for optimized company usage. Personio has the best tools available for HR analytics and provides the best assistance for delivering excellent results against my JDs. Personio also has a well-articulated tool for people recognition against the job descriptions, which is very helpful in analyzing and rewarding suitable candidates throughout the year.

I like the fact that the system is holistic as it includes an ATS as well as an HRIS. It is very easy to use and build workflows. The unlimited fields on an employee profile is useful. I enjoy the integration with Microsoft Teams. The performance area has definitely improved.

**What do you dislike about Personio?**

I think the reporting functionality could be improved and I would like to be able to support an unlimited annual leave policy on the system. The performance area could be improved further by adding anonymous feedback functionality.

We are able to progress candidates through the selection process more efficiently so the team can work at pace. We are also able to store all the EDI data that we need on our staff.

**What do you like best about Personio?**

Personio brings everything to one platform to make human resource management significantly simple and easier. It provides a robust and comprehensive HR strategy development tool. The ease of the data integration process with every detail regarding personal bio and compensation statements for every employee makes things much easier for HR people. Personio perfectly curates every function, and I like it the most among all other available HR tools.

**What do you dislike about Personio?**

Personio has the perfect HR management tools and works excellently for my needs. I haven't noticed anything special to dislike about the Personio. The price tag may be the only concern for the people.

Personio has solved almost all of my issues related to HR management, and I am using it as the core HR tool. The most important features I am using with Personio are deriving HR strategies for the organization, salary and compensation management of the employees, tracking attendance, accessing employee data and documents, WO approvals for employees, recruiting and talent acquisition etc. Personio has excellent solutions for everything needed to perform my routine job, significantly increasing my agility and efficiency.

So useful to have leave calendars, performance reviews, and personal information all in one place. We recently used this for the first time for performance reviews and the process was so much more straightforward. As a manager, the dashboard helps flag any pending requests so that I can approve them quickly, as well as organise my own leave.

We use approval flows for expediting the recruiting processes of a lot of our on-site personnel, and we're very happy with how it enables each person to customize the messages they want to relay to the one above. Some of our HR decision-makers work remotely so it's been good for us to be able to include detailed findings on each applicant when handing over to management for approval, that way we've been able to relay objective findings to the team

We tried to use the forms feature to collect a lot of the applicant info as that's one of the major areas we wanted to take care of with a HR tool but it was very hard to design long forms with it because it kept freezing and the interface kept reveting some of our changes

It's helped us consolidate almost all aspects of our applicant management processes. With it, we've been able to log each applicant and their contact/activity information in one place which helps us see a clearer image of how suitable each applicant is and how we've interacted with them in the past. We use Personio to send them documents and basic assignments as well which has saved us a lot of time from having to handle everything by hand

Since support always gave us knowledgeable and individualized assistance, setting up Personio was a snap. The really individualized support was very beneficial for setting up the system. We repeatedly asked the same question, but each time we got a quick response.  By managing a variety of manual HR processes, such as contracts, e-signatures, notifications for managers during onboarding, regarding contracts, and much more, Personio saves time.

It might be difficult to upload many documents at once. This might be improved, as well as the capacity to upload many files simultaneously to a single employee file. It would be fantastic if we could also alter how the dashboard looks.
