## About Personas
Personas is a 360 online Big 5 personality assessment platform. It helps users understand who they are, who others think they are, and how to better make life decisions and manage relationships with that knowledge. It differs from its competitor in 3 key aspects: - By using the Big 5, the academic gold standard in personality research, it offers a credible alternative to corporate astrology - Self and peer assessment, allowing users to reveal how they come across to their teams, peers, and leaders. - Fully automated results generation, making scaling to mid-level management or the whole organization affordable. Some of the key value points are mutual understanding, team cooperation, retention, leadership development, and culture building.

Simple language, beautiful to engage with, and a great chance to understand (and utilise!) differences in the team

**What do you dislike about Personas?**

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. The UX is great, the science is great and I've shared it with a lot of my network already!

**What problems is Personas solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Where are the small areas for improvement in working together as a team and playing to our individual strengths

Personas provides a 360 view of how you are perceived by others. This is far more useful for improving how we work with others.

Still a little early in terms of the product UI and design.
