We appreciate that the API tools are easy to use, and the system was organized clearly and distinctly. There were two of us using the system the most, and we both felt very comfortable with it. I liked the use of JSON, which Microsoft used for the data exchange portion of the software. The option used for authentication was API Keys. This was also a good part of the software. Mostly, our dislike comes as a result of the software not being produced anymore. It is never fun to learn how to use a system, and become familiar with it, only to have to learn a new system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
